                       නිල් ආර්ථිකය පිලිබදව දැනුවත් කිරීම

Today, Mr. Nalaka conducted an awareness program on the blue economy at the Sri Vimukthi Women's Organization. Twenty women participated in this awareness program. The concept of the blue economy and the development plans prepared by the government to legally plunder the resources of Sri Lanka through those plans were discussed at this meeting. The following suggestions were made by the participants under the forthcoming programs.

- Awareness for fishermen

- Awareness of women at village level

- Educating the youth

இன்று, திரு.நலகா ஸ்ரீ விமுக்தி மகளிர் அமைப்பில் நீல பொருளாதாரம் குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்ச்சியை நடத்தினார். இந்த விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்ச்சியில் இருபது பெண்கள் பங்கேற்றனர். அந்த திட்டங்கள் மூலம் இலங்கையின் வளங்களை சட்டப்பூர்வமாக கொள்ளையடிக்க அரசாங்கம் தயாரித்த நீல பொருளாதாரம் மற்றும் அபிவிருத்தி திட்டங்கள் ஆகியவை இந்த கூட்டத்தில் விவாதிக்கப்பட்டன. எதிர்வரும் திட்டங்களின் கீழ் பங்கேற்பாளர்களால் பின்வரும் பரிந்துரைகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன.

අද දින නිල් ආර්ථිකය පිලිබදව දැනුවත් කිරීම නාලක මහතා විසින් ශ්‍රී විමුක්ති කාන්තා සංවිදානයේ පැවැත්වුනි. මෙම දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටනට කාන්තාවන් 20 දෙනෙකු සහබාගි වන ලදී. මෙහිදී නිල් ආර්ථිකයේ සංකල්පය පිළිබඳවත්, එම සැලසුම් හරහා ලංකාවේ සම්පත් නිත්‍යානුකුලව කොල්ල කෑමට රජය විසින් සකස් කර ඇති සංවර්දන සැලසුම් පිළිබඳවත් සාකච්චා කරන ලදී. ඉදිරි වැඩපිලිවල යටතේ පහත යෝජනා සාබගිකයින් විසින් යෝජනා විය.

                             මීගමු පුරවැසි කමිටු රැස්වීම

Today the Negombo Citizens' Committee was held at the Training Center of the National Fisheries Co-operative Movement on 24.02.2021 at 3 pm. Today's meeting was attended by 25 people. The following issues were discussed here.

- Corona status and vaccination program,

- On the occasion of Women's Day,

- About Muthurajawela and Negombo Lagoon under environmental protection,

- Home garden Program, \

- About  Micro Credit Service,

- On human rights

- Preparing a program for 5 major issues in Negombo. A team was also appointed to prepare the plan.

The next meeting was scheduled for March 3.

இன்று நீர்கொழும்பு பிரஜைகள் குழு கூட்டம்  தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு  இயக்கத்தின் பயிற்சி மையத்தில் 24.02.2021 அன்று பிற்பகல் 3 மணிக்கு நடைபெற்றது. இன்றைய கூட்டத்தில் 25 பேர் கலந்து கொண்டனர். பின்வரும் பிரச்சினைகள் இங்கு விவாதிக்கப்பட்டன.

- கொரோனா நிலை மற்றும் தடுப்பூசி திட்டம்,

- மகளிர் தினம் 

- சுற்றுச்சூழல் பாதுகாப்பின் கீழ் முத்துராஜவெல  மற்றும் நீர்கொழும்பு  களப்பு பற்றி,

- வீட்டுத்தோட்டம் பற்றி

- நுண்  கடன் சேவை பற்றி,

- மனித உரிமைகள் குறித்து

- நீர்கொழும்பில் உள்ள  5 முக்கிய பிரச்சினைகளுக்கு ஒரு திட்டத்தைத் தயாரித்தல். திட்டத்தை தயாரிக்க ஒரு குழுவும் நியமிக்கப்பட்டது.

அடுத்த கூட்டம் மார்ச் 3 ஆம் திகதி முன் மொழிப்பட்டது. 

අද දින මීගමු පුරවැසි කමිටුව ජාතික දීවර සහයෝගිත වියාපාරයේ පුහුණු මද්යස්ථානයේ 2021.02.24 දින සවස 3ට පැවෙත්වුනි. අද දින රැස්වීමට 25 දෙනෙක් සාහබාගී විය. මෙහිදී පහත සදහන් කරුණු සාකච්චා කරන ලදී. 

- කොරෝනා තත්වය හා එන්නත් වැඩසටන පිළිබඳව, 

- කාන්තා දින සැමරුම පිලිබදව, 

- පරිසරය ආරක්ෂා කිරීම යටතේ මුතුරාජවෙල සහ මීගමු කලපුව පිලිබදව,

- ගෙවතු වහ පිළිබඳව 

- සුත්‍ර මුල්‍ය ණය සේවාව පිලිබදව,

- මානව හිමිකම් පිලිබදව 

- මීගමුවේ ප්‍රධාන ගැටළු 5ක් ප්‍රමුක ගත කර ඒ සදහා වැඩසලස්මක් සකස් කිරීම. එම සැලැස්ම සකස් කිරීම සදහා කණ්ඩායමක්ද පත්විය. 

මීළඟ රැස්වීම මාර්තු මස 3 වෙන දින පැවැත්වීමට යෝජනා විය.

International Conference on ‘Impacts of Blue Economy

‘நீல பொருளாதாரத்தின் தாக்கங்கள் குறித்த சர்வதேச மாநாடு

          ‘නිල් ආර්ථිකයේ බලපෑම්’ පිළිබඳ ජාත්‍යන්තර සමුළුව

The WFFP, in conjunction with the National Fisheries Workers' Forum, India and other member organizations in Sri Lanka, Thailand, Bangladesh and Indonesia, organized six independent people's tribunals on the impact of the blue economy on the Indian Ocean region.This international conference will be a place not only to publish all country judgments and launch the website, but also to plan the scope of work and the way forward in other regions.

The conference will witness many of the tribunal members from all tribunals, along with affected community members, international experts, activists and academics, deliver the country’s verdicts. For many groups working intellectually and institutionally on issues related to marine conservation, fishermen’s livelihoods and coastal environmental protection, this conference will also be an opportunity to explore different definitions of BE. Leaders from around the world are expected to represent fishing communities at the conference.

We hope that this conference will be a milestone in shaping the global political order in favor of the Fisheries, Fisheries and Fisheries sector.

தேசிய மீன்வளத் தொழிலாளர்கள் மன்றம், இந்தியா மற்றும் இலங்கை, தாய்லாந்து, பங்களாதேஷ் மற்றும் இந்தோனேசியாவைச் சேர்ந்த பிற உறுப்பு அமைப்புகளுடன் இணைந்து WFFP இந்தியப் பெருங்கடல் பிராந்தியத்தில் நீல பொருளாதாரத்தின் தாக்கங்கள் குறித்து ஆறு சுயாதீன மக்கள் தீர்ப்பாயங்களை ஏற்பாடு செய்தது.

இந்த சர்வதேச மாநாடு அனைத்து நாட்டின் தீர்ப்புகளையும் வெளியிடுவதற்கும் வலைத்தளத்தைத் தொடங்குவதற்கும் மட்டுமல்லாமல், வேலையின் எல்லை மற்றும் பிற பிராந்தியங்களில் முன்னோக்கி செல்லும் வழியையும் திட்டமிடுவதற்கான இடமாக இருக்கும்.

பாதிக்கப்பட்ட சமூக உறுப்பினர்கள், சர்வதேச வல்லுநர்கள், ஆர்வலர்கள் மற்றும் கல்வியாளர்களுடன், அனைத்து தீர்ப்பாயங்களிலிருந்தும் பல நடுவர் மன்ற உறுப்பினர்கள் நாட்டின் தீர்ப்புகளை வெளியிடுவதற்கு இந்த மாநாடு சாட்சியாக இருக்கும். அறிவுபூர்வமாகவும், நிறுவன ரீதியாகவும், கடல் பாதுகாப்பு, மீனவர்களின் வாழ்வாதாரங்கள் மற்றும் கடலோர சுற்றுச்சூழல் பாதுகாப்பு தொடர்பான பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்து செயல்படும் பல குழுக்களுக்கு, இந்த மாநாடு BE இன் வெவ்வேறு வரையறைகளை ஆராயும் வாய்ப்பாகவும் இருக்கும். இந்த மாநாட்டில் உலகெங்கிலும் உள்ள தலைவர்கள், மீன்பிடி சமூகங்களை பிரதிநிதித்துவப்படுத்துவார்கள் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.

மீன், மீனவர்கள் மற்றும் மீன்வளத் துறைக்கு சாதகமான உலகளாவிய அரசியல் ஒழுங்கை வடிவமைப்பதில் இந்த மாநாடு ஒரு மைல்கல்லாக மாறும்.

WFFP, ජාතික ධීවර කම්කරු සංසදය, ඉන්දියාව සහ ශ්‍රී ලංකාව, තායිලන්තය, බංග්ලාදේශය සහ ඉන්දුනීසියාව යන රටවල අනෙකුත් සාමාජික සංවිධාන සමඟ එක්ව ඉන්දියානු සාගර කලාපයට නිල් ආර්ථිකයේ බලපෑම පිළිබඳව ස්වාධීන පුද්ගල විනිශ්චය සභා හයක් සංවිධානය කළේය.

මෙම ජාත්‍යන්තර සමුළුව සියලු රටේ විනිශ්චයන් ප්‍රකාශයට පත් කිරීමට සහ වෙබ් අඩවිය දියත් කිරීමට පමණක් නොව, වැඩ කිරීමේ විෂය පථය සහ අනෙකුත් කලාපවල ඉදිරි මාවත සැලසුම් කිරීමට ද ස්ථානයක් වනු ඇත.බලපෑමට ලක්වූ ප්‍රජා සාමාජිකයින්, ජාත්‍යන්තර විශේෂ experts යින්, ක්‍රියාකාරීන් සහ ශාස්ත්‍ර ics යින් සමඟ සියලු විනිශ්චය සභාවල විනිශ්චය සභාවල සාමාජිකයින් බොහෝ දෙනෙකු රටේ තීන්දු ලබා දෙනු ඇත. සමුද්‍ර සංරක්ෂණය, ධීවරයන්ගේ ජීවනෝපායන් සහ වෙරළබඩ පාරිසරික ආරක්ෂාව සම්බන්ධ ගැටළු පිළිබඳව බුද්ධිමය හා ආයතනික වශයෙන් කටයුතු කරන බොහෝ කණ්ඩායම් සඳහා, මෙම සමුළුව BE හි විවිධ අර්ථකථන ගවේෂණය කිරීමට ද අවස්ථාවක් වනු ඇත. මෙම සමුළුවේදී ලොව පුරා නායකයින් ධීවර ප්‍රජාවන් නියෝජනය කරනු ඇතැයි අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ.

                 குடிமக்கள் நடவடிக்கைகளின் நில கருத்தரங்கு

Citizens' Activities organized a land seminar at CSR, Colombo under the theme 'Our Lands Not For Sale'. Here are five civil society activists highlighting several land issues across the country. Their demand was that citizens should stand up against this neo-liberal system and that we, as citizens, should all unite.

குடிமக்களின் செயல்பாடுகள் ஒன்றியத்தால் கொழும்பின் சி.எஸ்.ஆர் நிறுவனத்தில் எங்கள் நிலங்கள் விற்பனைக்கு இல்லை' என்ற தலைப்பில் ஒரு நில கருத்தரங்கை ஏற்பாடு செய்தது. நாடு முழுவதும் பல நில பிரச்சினைகளை எடுத்துரைக்கும் வகையில் ஐந்து சிவில் சமூக ஆர்வலர்கள் இங்கே தமது கருத்துக்களை முன்வைத்தனர். அத்துடன் குடிமக்கள் இந்த புதிய தாராளமய முறைக்கு எதிராக நிற்க வேண்டும், குடிமக்களாகிய நாம் அனைவரும் ஒன்றுபட வேண்டும் என்பதே அவர்களின் கோரிக்கையாக இருந்தது.

පුරවැසි ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වය විසින් කොළඹ සී.එස්,ර් ආයතනයේහි පැවත්වුනු අපගේ ඉඩම් විකිනීමට නොවේ යන තේමාව යටතේ  ඉඩම් සම්මන්ත්‍රණයක් සංවිධානය කරන ලදී. මෙහි සිවිල් සන්විදනවල ක්‍රියාකාරීන් පස් දෙනෙකු  රට පුරා පවතින  ඉඩම් ගැටළු කිහිපයක් ඉස්මතු කර දක්වයි. ඔවුනේගේ ඉල්ලීම වුයේ එබැවින් පුරවැසියන් මෙම නව ලිබරල් ක්‍රමයට එරෙහිව නැගී සිටිය යුතුයි ඒ සඳහා පුරවෙසියෝ ලෙස අපි සියලුම දෙන එකතු විය යුතු යන්නයි.

Discussion of Right to Food and Nutrition report on 16.02.2021

  உணவு மற்றும் ஊட்டச்சத்துக்கான உரிமை பற்றிய கலந்துரையாடல்                       ආහාර හා පෝෂණ අයිතිය පිළිබඳ සාකච්චාව 

We participated in the online discussion organized by Fian Sri Lanka. The draft report on the role of women in the People's Monitoring Module for the Right to Food and Nutrition was discussed. Nearly 50 people attended the discussion and a program was proposed to take the document to women at the grassroots level.

ஃபியான் இலங்கை நடத்திய ஆன்லைன் விவாதத்தில் பங்கேற்றோம். உணவு மற்றும் ஊட்டச்சத்துக்கான மக்கள் கண்காணிப்பு தொகுதியில் பெண்களின் பங்கு குறித்த வரைவு அறிக்கை விவாதிக்கப்பட்டது. இந்த கலந்துரையாடலில் கிட்டத்தட்ட 50 பேர் கலந்து கொண்டனர், மேலும் அந்த ஆவணத்தை அடிமட்ட பெண்களுக்கு எடுத்துச் செல்ல ஒரு திட்டம் முன்மொழியப்பட்டது.

ෆියාන් ශ්‍රීලංකා විසින් සංවිදානය කරනලද මාර්ගගත සාකච්චාවට සාහබාගි වුනෙමු. මෙහිදී ආහාර හා පෝෂණය අයිතිය සඳහා වන ජනතා අධීක්ෂණ මෝඩියුලයේ කාන්තාවන්ගේ කාර්යබාරය පිලිබන්දව සකස්කරන ලද කෙටුම්පත වාර්තාව සාකච්චා කරන ලදී. මෙම සාකච්චාව සඳහා 50කට ආසන්න පිරිසක් සහබාගි වුන අතර මෙම ලියවිල්ල බිම් මට්ටමේ කාන්තාවන් අතරට ගෙනයාමට වැඩපිළිවලක් යෝජනා විය.

Our team handed over the documents of drafted Sustainable Fisheries Policy document, Women Advocacy Document and ILO safety at Sea Convention (C 188) Document to Kavina Jawaradana Member of Parliament for the Samagi Balawegaya today  at the party office in Neegombo. As well as the problems faced by the fishermen, the problems faced by the women affected by the microfinance schemes including the problems faced by the women were also discussed. It was attended by  people including the National Office.

தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தினால் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட நன்னீர் மீனவ கொள்கை, ஆழ்கடல் பாதுகாப்பு தொடர்பான பிரகடனம் உள்ளிட்ட பெண்கள் கொள்கை ஆவணம் ஆகியவற்றை நடைமுறைப்படுத்தும் நோக்கில் அதிகாரத்தில் உள்ளவர்களுடன் கலந்துரையாடும் முகமாக இன்றைய தினம் சமகி கட்சியின் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் காவிந்த ஜயவர்தன  அவர்களுக்கு நீர்கொழும்பு கட்சியின் பிரதான காரியாலயத்தில் வைத்து மேற் குறிப்பிட்ட ஆவணங்கள் கையளிக்கப்பட்டது. அத்துடன் மீனவர்கள் முகம் கொடுக்கும் பிரச்சினைகள் ,  பெண்கள் முகம் கொடுக்கும் பிரச்சினைகள் உள்ளிட்ட நுண்கடன் திட்டங்களால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண்களின்  பிரச்சினைகள் தொடர்பாகவும் கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டது. இதில் தேசிய காரியாலயம் உற்பட 3 பேர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

මුහුදු සමුළුවේදී (සී 188) කෙටුම්පත් කරන ලද තිරසාර ධීවර ප්‍රතිපත්ති ලේඛනය, කාන්තා උපදේශන ලේඛනය සහ අයිඑල්ඕ ආරක්ෂාව පිළිබඳ ලියකියවිලි අපගේ කණ්ඩායම විසින්  සමගි බලවේගයේ පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී කාවින්ද ජයවර්ධන මහතාට අද මීගමුවේ පක්ෂ කාර්යාලයේදී භාර දෙන ලදී. ධීවරයින් මුහුණ දෙන ගැටලු මෙන්ම ක්ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය යෝජනා ක්‍රම මගින් කාන්තාවන් මුහුණ දෙන ගැටලු ඇතුළු කාන්තාවන් මුහුණ දෙන වෙනත් ගැටලු පිළිබඳව ද සාකච්ඡා කෙරිණි. එයට ජාතික කාර්යාලය ඇතුළු පුද්ගලයින් තිදෙනෙක් සහභාගී විය.

As well as the problems faced by the fishermen, the problems faced by the women affected by the microfinance schemes including the problems faced by the women were also discussed. It was attended by 5 people including the National Office.

தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தினால் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட நன்னீர் மீனவ கொள்கை, ஆழ்கடல் பாதுகாப்பு தொடர்பான பிரகடனம் உள்ளிட்ட பெண்கள் கொள்கை ஆவணம் ஆகியவற்றை நடைமுறைப்படுத்தும் நோக்கில் அதிகாரத்தில் உள்ளவர்களுடன் கலந்துரையாடும் முகமாக இன்றைய தினம் மக்கள் சக்தி கட்சியின் பாராளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் ஹரிணி அமரசூரிய அவர்களுக்கு பெல்வத்த கட்சியின் பிரதான காரியாலயத்தில் வைத்து மேற் குறிப்பிட்ட ஆவணங்கள் கையளிக்கப்பட்டது. அத்துடன் மீனவர்கள் முகம் கொடுக்கும் பிரச்சினைகள் ,  பெண்கள் முகம் கொடுக்கும் பிரச்சினைகள் உள்ளிட்ட நுண்கடன் திட்டங்களால் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண்களின்  பிரச்சினைகள் தொடர்பாகவும் கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டது. இதில் தேசிய காரியாலயம் உற்பட 5 பேர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

ගැඹුරු මුහුදේ සංරක්ෂණය පිළිබඳ ප්‍රකාශනය, මිරිදිය ධීවර ප්‍රතිපත්තිය සහ කාන්තා ප්‍රතිපත්ති බලපෑම් කෙටුම්පත ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට බලයේ සිටින අය සමඟ සාකච්ඡා කිරීමේ අරමුණින් ජන බලවේගය පක්ෂයේ (එන්පීපී) පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී හරිනී අමරසුරිය මහත්මියට පෙල්වත්ත පක්ෂ මූලස්ථානයේදී ඉහත ලිපි ලේඛන භාර දුන්නේය. මෙම අවස්ථාවේදී  ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගීතා ව්‍යාපාරය විසින් සකස් කරන ලද කාන්තා ප්‍රතිපත්ති ලේඛනය. ධීවරයින් මුහුණ දෙන ගැටලු මෙන්ම ක්ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය යෝජනා ක්‍රම මගින් කාන්තාවන් මුහුණ දෙන ගැටලු ඇතුළු කාන්තාවන් මුහුණ දෙන ගැටලු පිළිබඳව ද සාකච්ඡා කෙරිණි. එයට ජාතික කාර්යාලය ඇතුළු 5 දෙනෙක් සහභාගී වූහ.

Today the Youth General Assembly meeting of the National Fisheries Cooperation Movement took place online. Activists from 15 districts, including youth and girls, took part. The meeting discussed the annual youth activities of the district and also featured songs created by the youth. Also revealed was the executive committee for the new year.

இன்று தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தின் இளைஜர் பொதுச்சபை கூட்டம் ஆன்லைனில் ஊடாக இடம் பெற்றது. இதில் 15 மாவட்டங்களில் இருந்து இளைஜர்கள், பெண்பிள்ளைகள் உள்ளிட்ட செயற்பாட்டாளர்கள் பங்கு கொண்டனர். இந்த கூட்டத்தில் வருடாந்த மாவட்ட இளைஜர் செயற்பாடுகள் தொடர்பாக கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டதுடன் இளைஜர்களால் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட பாடல்களும் காட்ச்சிப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. மேலும் புதிய வருடத்துக்கான நிர்வாக குழுவும் தெரியப்பட்டது. 

අද ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගීතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ තරුණ මහා සභා රැස්වීම අන්තර්ජාලය හරහා සිදු විය. තරුණ හා ගැහැණු ළමයින් ඇතුළු දිස්ත්‍රික්ක 15 ක ක්‍රියාකාරීන් සහභාගී වූහ. මෙම රැස්වීමේදී දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ වාර්ෂික තරුණ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් පිළිබඳව සාකච්ඡා කෙරුණු අතර තරුණයින් විසින් නිර්මාණය කරන ලද ගීත ද විය. නව වසර සඳහා විධායක කමිටුව ද අනාවරණය විය.

                                            පැල සිටුවීමේ වැඩසටහන 

Global warming is one of the most common problems facing all people globally. The main reason for this is the deforestation of trees in the name of development. This is massive environmental destruction. So today about 250 tree saplings were planted by youths and women in 6 villages with the aim of protecting the environment and reducing global warming. The event kicked off on 2021.02.13 at 9am.

உலகளாவிய மட்டத்தில் அனைத்து மக்களும் முகம் கொடுக்கின்ற பொதுவான பிரச்சினைகளில் ஒன்று தான் அதிகப்படியாக புவி வெப்பமடைவதாகும். இதற்க்கு முக்கிய காரணம் அபிவிருத்தி எனும் பெயரில் மரங்கள் வெட்டப்பட்டு காடுகள் வெளியரங்கமாக்கப் படுவதாகும். இது பாரிய சூழல் அழிவுமாகும். எனவே சூழலை பாதுகாத்து புவி வெப்பமடைவதை குறைக்கும் நோக்கில் இன்று 6 கிராமங்களில் சுமார் 250க்கு அண்ணளவான மர கன்றுகள் இளைஜர்கள் மற்றும் பெண்களால் நாட்டப்பட்டது. இந்த நிகழ்வு 2021.02.13ம் திகதி காலை 9 மணி அளவில் ஆரம்பிக்கப் பட்டது. 

ගෝලීය උණුසුම යනු ගෝලීය වශයෙන් සියලු ජනතාව මුහුණ දෙන වඩාත් පොදු ගැටළුවකි. සංවර්ධනයේ නාමයෙන් ගස් වනාන්තර විනාශ කිරීම මෙයට ප්‍රධාන හේතුවයි. මෙය දැවැන්ත පාරිසරික විනාශයකි. එබැවින් පරිසරය ආරක්ෂා කිරීම සහ ගෝලීය උෂ්ණත්වය ඉහළ යාම අවම කිරීමේ අරමුණින් ගම්මාන 6 ක තරුණ තරුණියන් හා කාන්තාවන් විසින් ගස් පැළ 250 ක් පමණ රෝපණය කරන ලදී. මෙම උත්සවය 2021.02.13 දින උදේ 9 ට ආරම්භ විය.

අපි ක්ෂුද්‍ර ණය රාක්ෂයන්ගෙන් කාන්තාවන් බේරා ගනිමු 

The population of women in Sri Lanka is 52 percent. Women make a huge contribution to the GDP by providing cooperation in all sectors. Yet the contribution of women in any of the fields mentioned by AQ is not evaluated. And women are the most vulnerable socially, economically and politically. And as far as rural areas are concerned, most women live below the poverty line. Poverty has forced them to borrow heavily. More than 2.4 million women in Sri Lanka have obtained loans from high interest rate companies. In practice this problem has turned into a massive disaster. The number of microfinance institutions operating without informal government regulations is increasing day by day. These companies are mostly targeted at women. About 250 women who lost their livelihoods due to the Govt crisis have committed suicide without being able to pay their dues properly. So we created leaflets and stickers in the face of rescuing women from this situation. We plan to make people aware of this.

இலங்கையின் பெண்களின் விகிதம் 52 சதவீதமாகும். பெண்கள் அனைத்து துறைகளிலும் ஒத்துழைப்பை வழங்குவதன் ஊடாக மொத்த தேசிய உற்பத்திக்கு பாரிய பங்களிப்பை வழங்குகின்றனர். ஆனாலும் அக் குறிப்பிடப்பட்ட எந்த துறையிலும் பெண்களின் பங்களிப்பு மதிப்பிடப்படுவது இல்லை. அத்துடன் சமூக, பொருளாதார மற்றும் அரசியல் ரீதியாக பார்க்கும் பொழுது மிகவும் பாதிப்புக்கு உள்ளாகி இருப்பது பெண்கள் ஆகும். மேலும் கிராமிய புறங்களை பொறுத்த வரை பெரும்பாலும் பெண்கள் வறுமை கோட்டுக்குள் வாழ்கின்றனர். வறுமை காரணமாகவே அவர்கள் அதிக்கப்படியான கடன்களை பெறும் நிலைமைக்கு தள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இலங்கையில் 2.4 மில்லியனுக்கு அதிகமான பெண்கள் அதிக வட்டி அறவிடுகின்ற நிறுவனங்களில் இருந்து கடன்களை பெற்றுள்ளனர். நடைமுறையில் இப் பிரச்சினை பாரிய அனர்தமாக மாறி உள்ளது. முறைசாரா அரச கட்டுப்பாடுகளின்றி இயங்குகின்ற நுண்கடன் வழங்கும் நிறுவனங்கள் நாளுக்கு நாள் அதிகமாகின்றது. இந்த நிறுவனங்கள் பெரும்பாலும் பெண்களை இலக்காக கொண்டே இயங்குகின்றனர். கோவிட் நெருக்கடியினால் வாழ்வாதாரங்களை இழந்த பெண்கள் சரியான முறையில் தவணைகளை செலுத்த முடியாமல் சுமார் 250 பெண்கள் தற்கொலை செய்துள்ளனர். எனவே இந்த நிலைமையில் இருந்து பெண்களை மீட்டெடுக்கும் முகமாக நாம் துண்டு பிரசுரம் மற்றும் ஸ்டிக்கர்களை நாம் உருவாக்கினோம். இதன் மூலம் மக்களை விழிப்பூட்ட நாம் திட்டமிட்டுள்ளோம். 

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ කාන්තාවන්ගේ අනුපාතය සියයට 52 කි. සෑම අංශයකම සහයෝගය ලබා දීමෙන් කාන්තාවන් දළ දේශීය නිෂ්පාදිතයට විශාල දායකත්වයක් ලබා දේ. එහෙත් AQ විසින් සඳහන් කර ඇති කිසිදු ක්ෂේත්‍රයක කාන්තාවන්ගේ දායකත්වය ඇගයීමට ලක් නොකෙරේ. එමෙන්ම සමාජීය, ආර්ථික හා දේශපාලනික වශයෙන් කාන්තාවන් වඩාත් අවදානමට ලක්විය හැකිය. ග්‍රාමීය ප්‍රදේශ සම්බන්ධයෙන් ගත් කල, බොහෝ කාන්තාවන් ජීවත් වන්නේ දරිද්‍රතා රේඛාවට පහළිනි. දුප්පත්කම ඔවුන්ට විශාල වශයෙන් ණය ගැනීමට බල කර ඇත. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ කාන්තාවන් මිලියන 2.4 කට වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් ඉහළ පොලී අනුපාත සමාගම්වලින් ණය ලබාගෙන තිබේ. ප්රායෝගිකව මෙම ගැටළුව විශාල ව්‍යසනයක් බවට පත්ව ඇත. අවිධිමත් රජයේ රෙගුලාසි නොමැතිව ක්‍රියාත්මක වන ක්ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ආයතන සංඛ්‍යාව දිනෙන් දින වැඩි වෙමින් පවතී. මෙම සමාගම් බොහෝ දුරට කාන්තාවන් ඉලක්ක කර ඇත. රජයේ අර්බුදය හේතුවෙන් ජීවනෝපාය අහිමි වූ කාන්තාවන් 250 ක් පමණ සිය හිඟ මුදල් නිසි ලෙස ගෙවීමට නොහැකිව සියදිවි නසාගෙන තිබේ. එබැවින් මෙම තත්වයෙන් කාන්තාවන් බේරා ගැනීම සඳහා අපි පත්‍රිකා සහ ස්ටිකර් නිර්මාණය කළෙමු. මේ පිළිබඳව ජනතාව දැනුවත් කිරීමට අපි සැලසුම් කරමු.

இளைஜர்களுக்கான தலைமைத்துவ பயிற்சி 

Leadership training of Sri Vimukthi Youth Movement was launched on 03/02/42020 at the National Fisheries  Solidarity Movement. Contributed by Dileepa Wanniarachchi. 32 children participated in the workshop. Lessons learned to help children achieve their goals as educators, to provide a disciplined youth contribution in leadership, to experience the beauty of the environment and to revisit youth processes within a year.

ஸ்ரீ விமுக்தி இளைஞர் இயக்கத்தின் தலைமைப் பயிற்சி 2021.01.03,04 அன்று தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தில் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. வளவாளராக பங்களிப்பு செய்தவர் திலீபா வன்னியராச்சி. 32 பேர்  பங்கேற்றனர். குழந்தைகள் கல்வியாளர்களாக தங்கள் குறிக்கோள்களை அடைய உதவுவதற்கும், தலைமைத்துவத்தில் ஒழுக்கமான இளைஞர்களின் பங்களிப்பை வழங்குவதற்கும், சுற்றுச்சூழலின் அழகை அனுபவிப்பதற்கும், ஒரு வருடத்திற்குள் இளைஞர் செயல்முறைகளை மறுபரிசீலனை செய்வதும் கற்று கொண்ட பாடங்களாகும். 

ශ්රි විමුක්ති තරුණ ව්‍යාපාරයේ නායකත්ව පුහුණුව 2020/02/03 සහ 4 යන දිනයන්හි ජාතික දීවර සහෝගිතා වියාපාරයේ දියත්කරන ලදී. සම්පත්දයකත්වය දිලීප වන්නිආරච්චි මහතා විසින් ලබා දෙන ලදී. වැඩමුළුව සඳහා ළමුන් 32ක් සහබාගි විය. අධ්‍යාපනය ලබන  ලමුන් ලෙස තම අරමුණු සාර්තක කිරීම සදහා පාඩම් මතක තබා ගැනීම , නායකත්වය තුල විනයානුකුල තරුන දායකත්වයක් ලබා දීම , පරිසරය තුල ඇති සුන්දරත්වය අත්විදීමට හා වසරක් තුල තරුන ක්‍රියාවලියන් නැවත් හැරී බැලීම මෙහිදී සිදු කරන ලදි.

We organized a poem, art and essay competition among the youth to add healing to the minds of the youth during their stay at home due to Corona. The winners were presented with their prizes at the office today and at Munnakkarya. 

கொரோனா காரணமாக இளைஞர்கள் வீட்டில் தங்கியிருந்தபோது அவர்களின் மனதில் சுகத்தை சேர்க்க இளைஞர்களிடையே ஒரு கவிதை, கலை மற்றும் கட்டுரை போட்டியை நாங்கள் ஏற்பாடு செய்தோம். வெற்றியாளர்களுக்கு அவர்களின் பரிசுகளை இன்று அலுவலகத்திலும், முன்னக்கரையிலும் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

කොරෝනා හෙතුවෙන් නිවසට වී සිටින කාලය තුල තරුණයින්ගේ මනසට සුවයක් එක් කිරීම සඳහා තරුණයින් අතර කවි, චිත්‍ර සහ රචනා තරඟයක් සංවිධානය කළෙමු. එහින් ජයග්‍රහකයන්ට ත්‍යාග පිරිනැමිම අද දින කාර්යලේයේදී සහ මුන්නක්කරයේදී සිදු කරන ලදී.

                              FIAN ශ්‍රී ලංකාව පිළිබඳ උපාය මාර්ග සාකච්ඡාව

Participated in a three day workshop with community organizations and trade union leaders to identify strategies for building the RTI and ESCR network and formulate future action plans for the "Food Based Information Sri Lanka Network" or Fian Sri Lanka. There was a lot of discussion about diet and nutrition, especially non-toxic diets and networking.

தகவல் அறியும் உரிமை மற்றும் ஈ.எஸ்.சி.ஆர் நெட்வொர்க்கை உருவாக்குவதற்கான உத்திகளை அடையாளம் காணவும், "உணவு அடிப்படையிலான தகவல் இலங்கை நெட்வொர்க்" அல்லது பியான் இலங்கைக்கான எதிர்கால செயல் திட்டங்களை வகுக்கவும் சமூக அமைப்புகள் மற்றும் தொழிற்சங்க தலைவர்களுடன் மூன்று நாள் பட்டறையில் பங்கேற்றார். உணவு மற்றும் ஊட்டச்சத்து, குறிப்பாக நச்சு அல்லாத உணவுகள் மற்றும் வலையமைப்பு  பற்றி நிறைய விவாதம் நடைபெற்றது.

"ආහාර මූලික කොට ගත් තොරතුරු ශ්‍රි ලංකා ජාලය" හෙවත්     පියෑන් ශ්‍රි ලංකා ආයතනය මගින් RTI සහ ESCR ජාලය ගොඩනැගීම  සදහා උපාය මාර්ග හදුනා ගැනීම සහ  අනාගත ක්‍රියාකාරි සැලැස්ම සැකසීම සදහා ප්‍රජා සංවිධාන සහ වෘත්තීය සමිති නයකයින් සමග සිදුකරනු ලබන දින 03 ක වැඩමූලුවට සහබාගි වන ලදී. මෙහෙදී විශේෂයෙන් ආහාර රටාවහා පෝෂණය  වස විසෙන් තොර ආහාර රටාව සහ ජාලගතවීම පිලිබන්දේව විශේෂයෙන් සංවාදයට ලක් විය.

                  இந்திய மீனவர்களுக்கு எங்கள் ஆழ்ந்த இரங்கல்

Fishermen's problems are also being reported more and more at a time when the struggle of farmers in India is intensifying. It is illegal for fishermen to cross the national border into business. Yet no one has the right to take lives for it. The main reason fishermen cross national borders is because of the supply of marine resources. The main reason is that inappropriate projects and government policies are not working properly for the provision of marine resources. The fishermen of the two countries, who do not understand the politics behind this, are at odds with each other. As well as arrests by the military in both countries. Fishermen should be given legal punishment for this and their lives should not be spared. We also extend our deepest condolences to the 4 Indian fishermen who were killed and extend our strongest condemnation against the killing as the Fisher Women's Organization.

இந்தியாவில் விவசாயிகளின் போராட்டம் மிகவும் வலுவடைந்து காணப்படுகின்ற இக்கால கட்டத்தில் மீனவர்களின் பிரச்சினைகளும் அதிகமாக அறிக்கை படுத்தப்படுகின்றது. மீனவர்கள் தேச எல்லையை கடந்து தொழிலில் ஈடுபடுவது சட்ட ரீதியாக தவறாகும். இருப்பினும் அதற்க்காக உயிர்களை பறிப்பதற்கு யாருக்கும் உரிமை இல்லை. மீனவர்கள் தேச எல்லையை கடப்பதற்கு முக்கிய காரணம் கடல் வளங்கள் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளமையே ஆகும். கடல் வளங்கள் அளிக்கப்படுவதற்கு பொருத்தமற்ற கருத்திட்டங்கள் மற்றும் அரச கொள்கைகள் சரியான முறையில் செயற்படாமையே முக்கிய காரணமாகும். இதன் பின்னணி அரசியலை புரிந்து கொள்ளாத இரு நாட்டு மீனவர்களும் ஒருவரோடு ஒருவர் முரண் படுகின்றனர். அத்துடன் இராணுவத்தால் இரு நாட்டிலும் கைது செய்யவும் படுகின்றனர். இதற்காக மீனவர்களுக்கு சட்ட ரீதியான தண்டனை கிடைக்க வேண்டுமே தவிர உயிர்களை காவு கொள்ள கூடாது. அத்துடன் கொல்லப்பட்ட 4 இந்திய மீனவர்களுக்கும் நாம் எமது ஆழ்ந்த அனுதாபங்களை தெரிவித்து கொள்வதோடு கொல்லப்பட்டமைக்கு எதிராக எமது வன்மையான கண்டணத்தையும் மீனவ பெண்கள் அமைப்பு என்ற ரீதியில் தெரிவிக்கின்றோம். 

ඉන්දියාවේ ගොවීන්ගේ අරගලය තීව්‍ර වෙමින් පවතින මොහොතක ධීවරයන්ගේ ගැටලු ද වැඩි වැඩියෙන් වාර්තා වේ. ධීවරයින් ජාතික දේශ සීමාව පසුකර ව්‍යාපාරයට පිවිසීම නීති විරෝධී ය. එහෙත් ඒ සඳහා ජීවිත ගත කිරීමට කිසිවෙකුට අයිතියක් නැත. ධීවරයින් ජාතික දේශසීමා තරණය කිරීමට ප්‍රධාන හේතුව සමුද්‍ර සම්පත් සැපයීමයි. ප්‍රධාන හේතුව සමුද්‍ර සම්පත් සැපයීම සඳහා නුසුදුසු ව්‍යාපෘති හා රජයේ ප්‍රතිපත්ති නිසි ලෙස ක්‍රියාත්මක නොවීමයි. මේ පිටුපස ඇති දේශපාලනය නොතේරෙන දෙරටේ ධීවරයෝ එකිනෙකා සමඟ අමනාප වෙති. දෙරටේම හමුදාව විසින් අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීම. ධීවරයින්ට මේ සඳහා නීතිමය දඩුවම් ලබා දිය යුතු අතර ඔවුන්ගේ ජීවිත බේරා නොගත යුතුය. මිය ගිය  ඉන්දීය ධීවරයින් 4 දෙනාට අපගේ ශෝකය ප්‍රකාශ කරන අතර ධීවර කාන්තා සංවිධානය ලෙස ගාතනයට එරෙහිව අපගේ දැඩි ශෝකය ප්‍රකාශ කරමු.

                                ප්‍රදේශීය කමිටු රැස්වීම 

Monthly District Committee implemented on 2021.01.26 in Sri Vimukthi Women's Organization. It was attended by 25 women and the Convener of the National Fisheries Solidarity  Movement. The discussion also focused on three main topics for the day.

1. Conditions that all people face within the corona situation.

2. Clarifying the prepared freshwater fisheries policy and getting new ideas.

3. Defects in the Samurdhi scheme.

The following resolutions were taken in view of the above matters.

- Implement corona safety clearances at the village level in collaboration with health officials.

- Discussion in small groups and reporting of ideas in groups.

- To collect the views of the victims of the Samurdhi project in the village and discuss the matter with the relevant authorities.

மாதாந்த மாவட்ட குழு 2021.01.26ம் திகதி ஸ்ரீ விமுக்தி பெண்கள் அமைப்பில் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. இதற்கு 25 பெண்களும், தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தின் அமைப்பாளர் அவர்களும் கலந்து கொண்டனர். மேலும் இன்றைய தினத்தில் முக்கிய மூன்று தலைப்புகளை மையமாகக் கொண்டு கலந்துரையாடல் இடம்பெற்றது. 

1. கொரோனா நிலமைக்குள் அனைத்து மக்களும் முகம் கொடுக்கின்ற நிலைமைகள்.

2.தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட  நன்னீர் மீனவ கொள்கையை தெளிவு படுத்தி புதிய கருத்துக்களை பெற்றுக்கொள்ளுதல்.

3. சமுர்த்தி திட்டத்தில் உள்ள குறைபாடுகள்.

மேற் குறிப்பிடப்பட்ட விடயங்களை கவனத்தில் கொண்டு பின்வரும் தீர்மானங்கள் எடுக்கப்பட்டது.

- சுகாதார அதிகாரிகளுடன் இணைந்து கொரோனா பாதுகாப்பு தெளியவூட்டல்களை கிராம மட்டத்தில் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தல்.

- சிறுகுழுக்களில் கலந்துரையாடி கருத்துக்களை குழு ரீதியாக அறிக்கப்படுத்தல்.

- சமுர்த்தி திட்டத்தால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர்களின் கருத்துக்களை கிராம ரீதியாக சேகரித்து அவ் விடயத்தை உரிய அதிகாரிகளுடன் கலந்துரையாடுதல். 

මාසික දිස්ත්‍රික් කමිටුව 2021.01.26 දින ශ්‍රී විමුක්ති කාන්තා සංවිධානයේ ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන ලදී. එයට කාන්තාවන් 25 දෙනෙකු සහ ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගීතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ කැදවුම්කරු  සහභාගී විය. දවසේ ප්‍රධාන මාතෘකා තුනක් පිළිබඳව ද සාකච්ඡාවේදී අවධානය යොමු විය.

1. කොරෝනා තත්වය තුළ සියලු මිනිසුන් මුහුණ දෙන කොන්දේසි.

2. සකස් කළ මිරිදිය ධීවර ප්‍රතිපත්තිය පැහැදිලි කිරීම සහ නව අදහස් ලබා ගැනීම.

3. සමුර්දි යෝජනා ක්‍රමයේ අඩුපාඩු.

ඉහත කරුණු සැලකිල්ලට ගනිමින් පහත යෝජනා ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලදී.

- සෞඛ්‍ය නිලධාරීන්ගේ සහයෝගයෙන් ගම් මට්ටමින් කොරෝනා ආරක්ෂණ නිෂ්කාශන ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීම.

- කුඩා කණ්ඩායම්වල සාකච්ඡා කිරීම සහ කණ්ඩායම් වශයෙන් අදහස් වාර්තා කිරීම.

- ගමේ සමුර්දි ව්‍යාපෘතියේ වින්දිතයින්ගේ අදහස් එක්රැස් කිරීම හා අදාළ බලධාරීන් සමඟ සාකච්ඡා කිරීම.

Indian - Sri Lankan Peoples Solidarity Protest

 

                   Solidarity Protest in Negombo On 2021.01.26                                                  මීගමුවේ දියත්වූ උත්ගෝෂණය 

                         நீர்கொழும்பில் நடத்தப்பட்ட கவனயீர்ப்பு போராட்டம் 

Attention protests were held today (2021.01.26) in various districts of Sri Lanka in support of the 50-day-long struggle by Indian farmers demanding the repeal of laws introduced by the Indian government. In front of the Negombo bus stand, the National Fisheries Solidarity Movement, along with other civil society representatives, including Sri Vimukthi Fisher Women, expressed their support. It also called on all of us to unite in protest, as the dominance of such multinationals is felt not only in India but also in Sri Lanka.

இந்திய அரசால் கொண்டுவரப்பட்ட சட்டங்களை ரத்துச் செய்யுமாறு கோரி இன்று இந்திய விவசாயிகளால் 50 நாட்களாக தொடர்ந்து நடத்துகின்ற போராட்டத்திற்கு ஆதரவு தெரிவுக்கும் வகையில் இலங்கையில் பல்வேறு மாவட்டங்களில் இன்று கவனயீர்ப்பு போராட்டங்கள் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படது. அதற்கமைய நீர்கொழும்பு பேருந்து நிலையத்திற்கு முன்பாக தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கம் ஸ்ரீ விமுக்தி மீனவ பெண்கள் உள்ளிட்ட ஏனைய சிவில் அமைப்பு பிரதிநிதிகளுடன் இணைந்து தமது ஆதரவை தெரிவித்தது. அத்தோடு இவ்வரான பல்தேசிய கம்பெனிகளினுடைய ஆதிக்கம் இந்தியாவில் மட்டுமல்ல இலங்கையிலும் காணப்படுவதனால் நாம் அனைவரும் ஒன்றிணைந்து எதிர்ப்பை தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கையும் வைக்கப்பட்டது. 

ඉන්දීය රජය විසින් හඳුන්වා දී ඇති නීති අවලංගු කරන ලෙස ඉල්ලා ඉන්දීය ගොවීන් විසින් දින 50 ක් තිස්සේ කරන ලද අරගලයට සහය පළ කරමින් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ විවිධ දිස්ත්‍රික්කවල අද දින විරෝධතා පැවැත්විණි. නෙගම්බෝ බස් නැවතුම්පොළ ඉදිරිපිට ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගීතා ව්‍යාපාරය සහ ශ්‍රී විමුක්ති ධීවර කාන්තාවන් ඇතුළු අනෙකුත් සිවිල් සමාජ නියෝජිතයින් සහයෝගය පළ කළහ. ඉන්දියාවේ පමණක් නොව ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ද එවැනි බහුජාතික සමාගම්වල ආධිපත්‍යයට විරෝධය දැක්වීමට අප සැවොම එක්විය යුතු බවට ඉල්ලීමක් ද විය.

The online discussion organized by the Indo-Sri Lankan Civil People's Cooperation with the aim of cooperating with the struggle being carried out by the farmers in India started today 2021.01.25 at 4.30 pm. The people's representatives, especially those involved in the struggle for the acquisition of agricultural and fisheries lands by multinational corporations, put forward their views on the functioning of these issues in Sri Lanka and how developing countries are being affected by neo-liberal capitalist practices. As a result of this discussion, a decision was taken to implement protests all over Sri Lanka tomorrow.

இந்தியாவில் விவசாயிகளால் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படுகின்ற போராட்டத்துக்கு ஒத்துழைப்பு வழங்கும் நோக்கில் இந்திய இலங்கை சிவில் மக்கள் ஒத்துழைப்பால் ஒருகமைக்கப்பட்ட ஆன்லைன் கலந்துரையாடல் 2021.01.25 இன்று மாலை 4.30 மணிக்கு ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. இதில் விஷேடமாக  பல்தேசிய கம்பனிகளால் விவசாய மற்றும் மீனவ காணிகள் சுவீகரிக்கப்படுதல் தொடர்பாக போராட்டங்களில் ஈடுபடுகின்ற மக்கள் பிரதிநிதிகள் இலங்கையில் இவ் விடயங்கள் செயற்படுகின்ற முறைகள் தொடர்பாகவும், புதிய தாராளவாத முதலாளித்துவ செயல்களினால் அபிவிருத்தி அடைந்து வரும் நாடுகள் பாதிக்கப்படுகின்ற விதம் தொடர்பாகவும் கருத்துக்களை முன் வைத்தனர். இக் கலந்துரையாடலின் பெறுபேறாக அகில இலங்கை ரீதியாக நாளைய தினத்தில் ஆர்ப்பாட்டங்களை நடைமுறைப்படுத்துவதற்கான தீர்மானமும் எடுக்க பட்டது. 

ඉන්දියාවේ ගොවීන් විසින් ගෙන යනු ලබන අරගලයට සහයෝගය දැක්වීම අරමුණු කර ගනිමින් ඉන්දු-ශ්‍රී ලාංකික සිවිල් ජනතා සහයෝගීතාව විසින් සංවිධානය කරන ලද මාර්ගගත සාකච්ඡාවක් 2021.01.25 අද පස්වරු 4.30ට ආරම්භ විය. මහජන නියෝජිතයින්, විශේෂයෙන් බහුජාතික සමාගම් විසින් කෘෂිකාර්මික හා ධීවර ඉඩම් අත්පත් කර ගැනීමේ අරගලයට සම්බන්ධ වූවන්, ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ මෙම ගැටළු වල ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වය සහ සංවර්ධනය වෙමින් පවතින රටවලට නව ලිබරල් ධනවාදී භාවිතයන් බලපාන්නේ කෙසේද යන්න පිළිබඳව සිය අදහස් ඉදිරිපත් කළහ. මෙම සාකච්ඡාවේ ප්‍රතිලයක් ලෙස හෙට ශ්‍රී ලංකාව පුරා විරෝධතා ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට තීරණයක් ගන්නා ලදී.

                                 சிறு குழுக்களை பார்வை இடுதல் 

The monthly field visit to review the activities of the village small group took place today with the focus on 8 groups in 4 fishing villages. Various issues were put forward by the women during this discussion. The summary of those matters is as follows,

- Various health problems due to improper waste management in the villages.

- The fishing industry has completely collapsed during the Covid period. That situation has not changed yet. Fish stocks are declining and fish prices are falling.

- Lack of market opportunities for women's products,

- Impact of fishery resources on increased use of prohibited equipment,

- National policy for fishermen must be implemented,

- Ensure social security of fishermen,

- Poor students are greatly affected by the privatization of the free education system.

- Samurdhi payment not properly shared by government officials.

Decisions were made to focus on these issues and take solutions.

கிராமிய சிறுகுழு செயற்பாடுகளை மீளாய்வு செய்வதற்கான  மாதாந்த கள விஜயம்  4 மீனவ கிராமங்களில் 8 குழுக்களை மையமாகக் கொண்டு இன்று இடம் பெற்றது. இக் கலந்துரையாடலின் பொழுது பெண்களால் பல்வேறு விடயங்கள் முன் வைக்கப்பட்டது. அவ் விடயங்களின் சுருக்கம் பின்வருமாறு, 

- கழிவு முகாமைத்துவம் சரியான முறையில் கிராமங்களில் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படாமையால் பல்வேறு சுகாதார பிரிச்சினைகள் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளமை. 

- கொவிட் காலத்தில் மீனவ கைத்தொழில் முழுமையாக வீழிச்சி அடைந்துள்ளமை.அந்த நிலைமை இன்னும் மாற்றம் அடையவில்லை. மீன் வளங்கள் குறைவடைந்துள்ளமை, மீன்களின் விலை வீழ்ச்சி அடைந்தமை.

- பெண்களின் உற்பத்திகளுக்கு சந்தை வாய்ப்புகள் இல்லாமை, 

- தடை செய்யப்பட்ட உபகரணங்களின் பாவணை அதிகரிப்பினால் மீனவ வளங்களின் பாதிப்பு,

- மீனவர்களுக்கான தேசிய கொள்கை கண்டிப்பாக நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்,

- மீனவர்களின் சமூக பாதுகாப்பை உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்,

- இலவச கல்வி முறை தனியார் மயப்படுத்த படுகின்றமையால் வறிய மாணவர்கள் பெரிதும் பாதிக்கப்படுகின்றமை,

- சமுர்த்தி கொடுப்பனவு சரியான முறையில் அரச அதிகாரிகளினால் பகிரப்படாமை. 

இவ் விடயங்கள் தொடர்பாக கவனம் செலுத்தி தீர்வுகளை பெறுவதற்கான தீர்மானகள் எடுக்கப்பட்டது. 

ධීවර ගම්මාන 4 ක කණ්ඩායම් 8 ක් ඉලක්ක කර ගනිමින් ගමේ කුඩා කණ්ඩායමේ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සමාලෝචනය කිරීම සඳහා මාසික ක්ෂේත්‍ර සංචාරය අද සිදු විය. මෙම සාකච්ඡාවේදී කාන්තාවන් විසින් විවිධ කරුණු ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලදී. එම කරුණු වල සාරාංශය පහත පරිදි වේ,

- ගම්වල නුසුදුසු අපද්‍රව්‍ය කළමනාකරණය හේතුවෙන් විවිධ සෞඛ්‍ය ගැටලු.

- කොවිට් කාලය තුළ ධීවර කර්මාන්තය මුළුමනින්ම කඩා වැටී ඇත.එය තත්වය තවමත් වෙනස් වී නැත. මාළු තොග පහත වැටෙන අතර මාළු මිල පහත වැටේ.

- කාන්තා නිෂ්පාදන සඳහා වෙළඳපල අවස්ථා නොමැතිකම,

- තහනම් උපකරණ භාවිතය වැඩි කිරීම සඳහා ධීවර සම්පත්වල බලපෑම,

- ධීවරයින් සඳහා ජාතික ප්‍රතිපත්තිය ක්‍රියාත්මක කළ යුතුය.

- ධීවරයින්ගේ සමාජ ආරක්ෂාව සහතික කිරීම,

- නිදහස් අධ්‍යාපන ක්‍රමය පෞද්ගලීකරණය කිරීම නිසා දුප්පත් සිසුන්ට විශාල වශයෙන් බලපානු ලැබේ.

- සමුර්දි ගෙවීම රජයේ නිලධාරීන් විසින් නිසි ලෙස බෙදා නොගනී.

මෙම ගැටළු කෙරෙහි අවධානය යොමු කර විසඳුම් සෙවීමට තීරණ ගන්නා ලදී.

                         Re-Planning Discussion of  NAFSO on 2021.01- 18-19 

             NAFSO හි දින දෙකක නැවත සැලසුම් කිරීමේ සාකච්ඡාව

                   இரண்டு நாட்கள் மறு திட்டமிடல் கலந்துரையாடல்

Due to the problems of Covid 19 curfew and mobilization of the people within the global context in which all sectors have collapsed, we have not been able to implement the planned national and district activities as the National Fisheries Solidarity Movement. The two days of 2021.01.18 and 19 were organized at the Secretariat of the National Solidarity Movement to find new strategies to re-implement the stalled activities as we have been forced into a situation where we have to live in this situation as a complete solution to the Covid situation is not yet available. The role of project leaders, including district coordinators, was identified and events were planned to identify the obstacles we currently face.

கொவிட் உலகளாவிய சூழமைவுக்குள் அனைத்து துறைகளும் வீழ்ச்சி அடைந்த நிலமைக்குள் ஊரடங்கு மற்றும் மக்களை அணி திரட்டுவதில் உள்ள பிரச்சினைகள் காரணமாக தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கம் எனற ரீதியில் தேசிய மற்றும் மாவட்ட ரீதியான செயற்பாடுகளை திட்டமிட்டபடி எம்மால் நடைமுறைப்படுத்த முடியாமல் போனது. கொவிட் நிலைமைக்கு முழுமையான தீர்வு இன்னும் கிடைக்காமையால் இந்த நிலமைக்குள் நாம் வாழ வேண்டிய நிலமைக்குள் தள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளதால் தடைப்பட்ட  செயற்பாடுகளை மீண்டும் நடைமுறைப்படுத்த புதிய உபாய வழிகளை கண்டறிவதற்க்கான கலந்துரையாடல் 2021.01.18 மற்றும் 20ம் ஆகிய இரண்டு தினங்கள் தேசிய ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தின் செயலகத்தில் ஒருங்கமைக்கப்பட்டது. இதில் மாவட்ட இணைப்பாளர்கள் உள்ளிட்ட கருத்திட்ட பொறுப்பாளராகள் பங்கு பற்றி நாம் தற்போழுது முகம் கொடுக்கின்ற தடைகள், சந்தர்ப்பங்களை கண்டறிந்து அதற்கு அமைவாக நிகழிச்சிகள் திட்டமிடப்பட்டது. 

සියලු අංශ බිඳ වැටී ඇති ගෝලීය සන්දර්භය තුළ ඇඳිරි නීතිය හා ජනතාව බලමුලු ගැන්වීමේ ගැටළු හේතුවෙන්, ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගීතා ව්‍යාපාරය ලෙස සැලසුම් කළ ජාතික හා දිස්ත්‍රික් කටයුතු ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට අපට නොහැකි වී තිබේ. 2021.01.18 සහ 19 යන දෙදින සාකච්ඡාව ජාතික සහයෝගීතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ මහලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ දී සංවිධානය කරන ලද අතර, සම්පූර්ණ විසඳුමක් ලබා ගත හැකි තත්වයකට අප ජීවත්විය යුතු තත්වයකට අපව බල කෙරී ඇති හෙයින්, ඇණහිට ඇති ක්‍රියාකාරකම් නැවත සක්‍රීය කිරීම සඳහා නව උපාය මාර්ග සොයා ගැනීම සඳහා නව උපාය මාර්ග සොයා ගැනීමට කටයුතු කරන ලදී.  දිස්ත්‍රික් සම්බන්ධීකාරකවරුන් ඇතුළු ව්‍යාපෘති නායකයින්ගේ කාර්යභාරය හදුනාගත් අතර දැනට අප මුහුණ දී සිටින බාධක හඳුනා ගැනීමට සිදුවීම් සැලසුම් කරන ලදී.

                             තරුණ හා තරුණියන් සඳහා දිස්ත්‍රික් තරුණ රැස්වීම

Today (2021.01.17) District Youth Meeting for Youth and Young Women was held at Sri Vimukthi Fisher Women Organization. 26 people participated in this. The following issues were discussed.

- On the impact of the Port City project on the country's resources, including fishermen,

- In connection with environmental pollution and illegal land grabbing in the Negombo field,

- In connection with the Sea Plane struggle,

Discussed.

The following topics were discussed as future activities.

* To take this clarity to the village level.

* Implementing waste management activities in collaboration with local authorities.

* Planting of Mangrows plants.

இன்று (2021.01.17) இளைஜர், யுவதிகளுக்கான மாவட்ட இளைஜர் கூட்டம் ஸ்ரீ விமுக்தி மீனவ பெண்கள் அமைப்பில் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. இதற்கு 26 பேர் பங்கு பற்றினர். இதில் பின்வரும் விடயங்கள் கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டது.

- போர்ட் சிட்டி கருத்திட்டத்தால்  மீனவர்கள் உள்ளிட்ட நாட்டின் வளங்களுக்கு ஏற்படுகின்ற பாதிப்புகள் தொடர்பாகவும்,

- நீர்கொழும்பு களப்பில் ஏற்பட்டுள்ள சூழல் மாசடைதல் மற்றும் சட்ட விரோத நில அபகரிப்புகள்  தொடர்பாகவும், 

- சீ பிலேன் போராட்டம் தொடர்பாகவும் ,

கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டது.

எதிர்கால செயற்பாடுகளாக பின்வரும் விடயங்கள் முன் மொழியப்பட்டது.

* இத் தெளிவினை கிராம மட்டத்தில் கொண்டு செல்லுதல். 

* கழிவு முகாமைத்துவ செயற்பாடுகளை உள்ளுராட்ச்சி நிறுவனங்களுடன் இணைந்து செயற்படுத்தல்.

* கண்டல் தாவரங்களை நடுதல்.

අද (2021.01.17) තරුණ හා තරුණියන් සඳහා දිස්ත්‍රික් තරුණ රැස්වීම ශ්‍රී විමුක්ති ධීවර කාන්තා සංවිධානයේ දී ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන ලදී. 26 දෙනෙක් සහභාගී වූහ. පහත සඳහන් කරුණු සාකච්ඡා කෙරිණි.

உள்ளக நீர்நிலைகள் தொடர்பாக உருவாக்கப்பட்ட கொள்கை ஆவணம் தொடர்பாக ஆன்லைன் மூலமான கலந்துரையாடல் 

මිරිදිය ජලයට අදාළව සකස් කරන ලද ප්‍රතිපත්ති ලේඛනයක් පිළිබඳ මාර්ගගත සාකච්ඡාව

This document is another step towards a people-centered fisheries policy that we hope to build from 2020 onwards. Its main objective is to compile a document containing the views expressed and discussed with the fishing community and stakeholders to formulate a policy document that can contribute to the building of a sustainable fishing industry. The document compiled by retired Professor Oscar Amarasinghe was released today. Coordinators, activists and members from six districts including Moneragala, Galle, Negombo, Puttalam, Kurunegala and Polonnaruwa participated in the discussion. As a result, the District Coordinators were responsible for making this document available to the public at the district level.

2020ம் ஆண்டில் இருந்து கட்டியெழுப்புவதற்கு முயற்ச்சி செய்யும் மக்களை மையப்படுத்திய நிலையான மீனவ கொள்கையின் மேலும் ஒரு படி முறையாக இவ் ஆவணம் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதன் முக்கிய நோக்கம் நிலையான மீனவ கைத்தொழிலை கட்டியெழுப்புவதற்கு பங்களிப்பு வழங்கக் கூடிய கொள்கை ஆவணத்தை தயாரிப்பதற்க்கு மீனவ மக்கள் மற்றும் பங்குதாரர்கள் இடையே கலந்துரையாடலுக்கு ஏற்ப முன்வைக்கப்பட்ட கருத்துக்களை தொகுத்து ஆவணத்தை தயாரிப்பதாகும். அதன்படி ஒய்வு பெற்ற பேராசிரியர் ஒஸ்கா அமரசிங்க அவர்களால் தொகுக்கப்பட்ட ஆவணம் இன்று மக்கள் மயப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. இக் கலந்துரையாடலுக்கு மொனராகலை, காலி, நீர்கொழும்பு, புத்தளம், குருநாகல், பொலன்நறுவை உள்ளிட்ட 6 மாவட்டங்களின் இணைப்பாளராகள், செயட்பாட்டாளர்கள், அங்கத்தவர்கள் பலர் பங்கு பற்றி தமது கருத்துக்களை வழங்கி சிறப்பித்து இருந்தனர். இதன் பெறுபேறாக இவ் ஆவணத்தை மாவட்ட ரீதியாக மக்களுக்கு தெளிவூட்ட மாவட்ட இணைப்பாளர்கள் பொறுப்பு எடுக்கப்பட்டது. 

මෙම ලේඛනය 2020 සිට ගොඩනැඟීමට අපේක්ෂා කරන ජනතාව කේන්ද්‍ර කරගත් තිරසාර ධීවර ප්‍රතිපත්තියක් සඳහා වන තවත් පියවරකි. තිරසාර ධීවර කර්මාන්තයක් ගොඩනැගීම සඳහා දායක විය හැකි ප්‍රතිපත්ති ලේඛනයක් සකස් කිරීම සඳහා ධීවර ප්‍රජාව සහ පාර්ශවකරුවන් සමඟ සාකච්ඡා කර ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලද අදහස් ඇතුළත් ලේඛනයක් සම්පාදනය කිරීම එහි ප්‍රධාන අරමුණ වේ. විශ්‍රාමික මහාචාර්ය ඔස්කාර් අමරසිංහ විසින් සම්පාදනය කරන ලද ලේඛනය අද ප්‍රසිද්ධියට පත් කරන ලදී. මොණරගල, ගාල්ල, නෙගම්බෝ, පුත්තලම්, කුරුණෑගල සහ පොලොන්නරුව ඇතුළු දිස්ත්‍රික්ක 6 ක සම්බන්ධීකාරකවරුන්, ක්‍රියාකාරීන් සහ සාමාජිකයින් මෙම සාකච්ඡාවට සහභාගී වූහ.
