Today (2021.01.17) District Youth Meeting for Youth and Young Women was held at Sri Vimukthi Fisher Women Organization. 26 people participated in this. The following issues were discussed.

- On the impact of the Port City project on the country's resources, including fishermen,

- In connection with environmental pollution and illegal land grabbing in the Negombo field,

- In connection with the Sea Plane struggle,

Discussed.

The following topics were discussed as future activities.

* To take this clarity to the village level.

* Implementing waste management activities in collaboration with local authorities.

* Planting of Mangrows plants.

இன்று (2021.01.17) இளைஜர், யுவதிகளுக்கான மாவட்ட இளைஜர் கூட்டம் ஸ்ரீ விமுக்தி மீனவ பெண்கள் அமைப்பில் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. இதற்கு 26 பேர் பங்கு பற்றினர். இதில் பின்வரும் விடயங்கள் கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டது.

- போர்ட் சிட்டி கருத்திட்டத்தால்  மீனவர்கள் உள்ளிட்ட நாட்டின் வளங்களுக்கு ஏற்படுகின்ற பாதிப்புகள் தொடர்பாகவும்,

- நீர்கொழும்பு களப்பில் ஏற்பட்டுள்ள சூழல் மாசடைதல் மற்றும் சட்ட விரோத நில அபகரிப்புகள்  தொடர்பாகவும், 

- சீ பிலேன் போராட்டம் தொடர்பாகவும் ,

கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டது.

எதிர்கால செயற்பாடுகளாக பின்வரும் விடயங்கள் முன் மொழியப்பட்டது.

* இத் தெளிவினை கிராம மட்டத்தில் கொண்டு செல்லுதல். 

* கழிவு முகாமைத்துவ செயற்பாடுகளை உள்ளுராட்ச்சி நிறுவனங்களுடன் இணைந்து செயற்படுத்தல்.

* கண்டல் தாவரங்களை நடுதல்.

අද (2021.01.17) තරුණ හා තරුණියන් සඳහා දිස්ත්‍රික් තරුණ රැස්වීම ශ්‍රී විමුක්ති ධීවර කාන්තා සංවිධානයේ දී ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන ලදී. 26 දෙනෙක් සහභාගී වූහ. පහත සඳහන් කරුණු සාකච්ඡා කෙරිණි.

உள்ளக நீர்நிலைகள் தொடர்பாக உருவாக்கப்பட்ட கொள்கை ஆவணம் தொடர்பாக ஆன்லைன் மூலமான கலந்துரையாடல் 

මිරිදිය ජලයට අදාළව සකස් කරන ලද ප්‍රතිපත්ති ලේඛනයක් පිළිබඳ මාර්ගගත සාකච්ඡාව

This document is another step towards a people-centered fisheries policy that we hope to build from 2020 onwards. Its main objective is to compile a document containing the views expressed and discussed with the fishing community and stakeholders to formulate a policy document that can contribute to the building of a sustainable fishing industry. The document compiled by retired Professor Oscar Amarasinghe was released today. Coordinators, activists and members from six districts including Moneragala, Galle, Negombo, Puttalam, Kurunegala and Polonnaruwa participated in the discussion. As a result, the District Coordinators were responsible for making this document available to the public at the district level.

2020ம் ஆண்டில் இருந்து கட்டியெழுப்புவதற்கு முயற்ச்சி செய்யும் மக்களை மையப்படுத்திய நிலையான மீனவ கொள்கையின் மேலும் ஒரு படி முறையாக இவ் ஆவணம் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதன் முக்கிய நோக்கம் நிலையான மீனவ கைத்தொழிலை கட்டியெழுப்புவதற்கு பங்களிப்பு வழங்கக் கூடிய கொள்கை ஆவணத்தை தயாரிப்பதற்க்கு மீனவ மக்கள் மற்றும் பங்குதாரர்கள் இடையே கலந்துரையாடலுக்கு ஏற்ப முன்வைக்கப்பட்ட கருத்துக்களை தொகுத்து ஆவணத்தை தயாரிப்பதாகும். அதன்படி ஒய்வு பெற்ற பேராசிரியர் ஒஸ்கா அமரசிங்க அவர்களால் தொகுக்கப்பட்ட ஆவணம் இன்று மக்கள் மயப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. இக் கலந்துரையாடலுக்கு மொனராகலை, காலி, நீர்கொழும்பு, புத்தளம், குருநாகல், பொலன்நறுவை உள்ளிட்ட 6 மாவட்டங்களின் இணைப்பாளராகள், செயட்பாட்டாளர்கள், அங்கத்தவர்கள் பலர் பங்கு பற்றி தமது கருத்துக்களை வழங்கி சிறப்பித்து இருந்தனர். இதன் பெறுபேறாக இவ் ஆவணத்தை மாவட்ட ரீதியாக மக்களுக்கு தெளிவூட்ட மாவட்ட இணைப்பாளர்கள் பொறுப்பு எடுக்கப்பட்டது. 

මෙම ලේඛනය 2020 සිට ගොඩනැඟීමට අපේක්ෂා කරන ජනතාව කේන්ද්‍ර කරගත් තිරසාර ධීවර ප්‍රතිපත්තියක් සඳහා වන තවත් පියවරකි. තිරසාර ධීවර කර්මාන්තයක් ගොඩනැගීම සඳහා දායක විය හැකි ප්‍රතිපත්ති ලේඛනයක් සකස් කිරීම සඳහා ධීවර ප්‍රජාව සහ පාර්ශවකරුවන් සමඟ සාකච්ඡා කර ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලද අදහස් ඇතුළත් ලේඛනයක් සම්පාදනය කිරීම එහි ප්‍රධාන අරමුණ වේ. විශ්‍රාමික මහාචාර්ය ඔස්කාර් අමරසිංහ විසින් සම්පාදනය කරන ලද ලේඛනය අද ප්‍රසිද්ධියට පත් කරන ලදී. මොණරගල, ගාල්ල, නෙගම්බෝ, පුත්තලම්, කුරුණෑගල සහ පොලොන්නරුව ඇතුළු දිස්ත්‍රික්ක 6 ක සම්බන්ධීකාරකවරුන්, ක්‍රියාකාරීන් සහ සාමාජිකයින් මෙම සාකච්ඡාවට සහභාගී වූහ.

Gathering for information on the problems faced by the people in the face of the Covid 19 situation

 

Gathering information globally on the current situation facing family farmers and small food producers around the world in the midst of the Covid 19 challenge: a strategy for reconstruction on 2020.12.20 - 2021.01.16

The Covid situation was a common issue affecting all countries globally. In this situation all the Sectors in Sri Lanka collapsed. As a result, all communities such as fishermen, farmers and workers faced various social, economic, political and cultural problems. Their standard of living also plummeted. The government's actions were not enough to contain the situation. In such a situation, the National Fisheries Solidarity Movement conducted a survey in 15 districts to bring the issues faced by the people to the attention of the relevant authorities. Accordingly, we launched information from the fishing community in Negombo from December 2020 to January 15. For this survey, 70 Fisher Women and  including fishermen, were recruited from 11 fishing villages.

கொவிட் 19 சவாலின் மத்தியில் உலகெங்கிலும் உள்ள குடும்ப விவசாயிகள் மற்றும் சிறியளவிலான உணவு  உற்பத்தியாளர்கள் முகங்கொடுக்கின்ற தற்கால நிலைமை தொடர்பாக உலகளாவிய மட்டத்தில் தகவல்களை சேகரித்தல் : மீண்டும் கட்டியெழுப்புவதற்கான உபாயவழி

கொவிட் நிலைமை உலகளவில் அனைத்து நாடுகளையும் பாதிக்கும் ஒரு பொதுவான பிரச்சினையாக இருந்தது. இந்த சூழ்நிலையில் இலங்கையில் அனைத்து துறைகளும் சரிந்தன. இதன் விளைவாக, மீனவர்கள், விவசாயிகள் மற்றும் தொழிலாளர்கள் போன்ற அனைத்து சமூகங்களும் பல்வேறு சமூக, பொருளாதார, அரசியல் மற்றும் கலாச்சார பிரச்சினைகளை எதிர்கொண்டனர். அவர்களின் வாழ்க்கைத் தரமும் சரிந்தது. அரசாங்கத்தின் நடவடிக்கைகள் நிலைமையைக் கட்டுப்படுத்த போதுமானதாக இல்லை. இத்தகைய சூழ்நிலையில், மக்கள் எதிர்கொள்ளும் பிரச்சினைகளை சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அதிகாரிகளின் கவனத்திற்குக் கொண்டு வர தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கம் 15 மாவட்டங்களில் ஒரு கணக்கெடுப்பை நடத்தியது. அதன்படி, டிசம்பர் 2020 முதல் ஜனவரி 15 வரை நீர்கொழும்பில்   உள்ள மீன்பிடி சமூகத்திடமிருந்து தகவல்களை நாங்கள் தொடங்கினோம். இந்த கணக்கெடுப்பிற்காக, 11 மீன்பிடி கிராமங்களில் இருந்து 70 மீனவர்கள் பெண்கள் மற்றும் மீனவர்கள் உட்பட ஆட்சேர்ப்பு செய்யப்பட்டனர்.

කොවිට් 19 අභියෝගය මධ්‍යයේ ලොව පුරා පවුල් ගොවීන් සහ කුඩා ආහාර නිෂ්පාදකයින් මුහුණ දෙන වර්තමාන තත්ත්වය පිළිබඳ ගෝලීයව තොරතුරු රැස් කිරීම: ප්‍රතිනිර්මාණය කිරීමේ උපාය මාර්ගයක්

කෝවිඩ් තත්වය ගෝලීය වශයෙන් සියලු රටවලට බලපාන පොදු කාරණයක් විය. මෙම තත්වය තුළ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ සියලුම ශේත්‍ර බිඳ වැටුනි. එහි ප්‍රතිපලයක්  ලෙස ධීවරයින්, ගොවීන් හා කම්කරුවන් වැනි සියලුම ප්‍රජාවන් විවිධ සමාජ, ආර්ථික, දේශපාලන හා සංස්කෘතික ගැටලුවලට මුහුණ දුන්හ. ඔවුන්ගේ ජීවන තත්ත්වය ද කඩා වැටුණි. තත්වය පාලනය කිරීම සඳහා රජයේ ක්‍රියාමාර්ග ප්‍රමාණවත් නොවීය. එවැනි තත්වයක් තුළ ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගීතා ව්‍යාපාරය දිස්ත්‍රික්ක 15 ක සමීක්ෂණයක් පවත්වා ජනතාව මුහුණ දෙන ගැටලු අදාළ බලධාරීන්ගේ අවධානයට යොමු කළේය. ඒ අනුව අපි 2020 දෙසැම්බර් සිට ජනවාරි 15 දක්වා නෙගොම්බෝ හි ධීවර ප්‍රජාවෙන් තොරතුරු දියත් කළෙමු. මෙම සමීක්ෂණය සඳහා ධීවර ගම්මාන 11 කින් ධීවරයින් ඇතුළු කාන්තා ධීවරයින් 70 දෙනෙකු බඳවා ගන්නා ලදී.

                                             தை பொங்கல் வாழ்த்துக்கள் 

Pongal is a festival where working people give thanks to nature. It is a traditional festival of farmers. On this day of Pongal, we need to focus on four things.

1. Thanksgiving.

Pongal to the sun as a face to thank the land, the sun and the cow for adopting good yields throughout the year. The main purpose of this day is to eradicate hunger, sickness and enmity and to bless everyone to live in peace. Although nature makes an important contribution to the survival of all living beings, many still do not love nature.

2. The excellence of labor

A farmer is one who works and lives for others and for himself. Yet today, working people worldwide face a wide variety of problems. It is a gift from the Lord of Nature but today natural resources are being destroyed within the liberal environment.

3. The old is gone and the new is gone.

We need to remove not only the old things we used to have but also all the evil qualities like jealousy, anger, rivalry within us and transform ourselves into new human beings who are loving, compassionate and helpful to all.

4. Trust

We need to strengthen ourselves and others to face our problems with the hope that the way will be born if we are born.

So we will continue to fight against injustice on the feast day of the working people for the survival of others just as we live with these issues in mind.

பொங்கல் பண்டிகை என்பது, உழைக்கும் மக்கள் இயற்கைக்கு நன்றி செலுத்தும் நிகழ்வாகும். இது உழவர்களின் பாரம்பரிய திருநாளுமாகும். இப் பொங்கல் பண்டிகையை கொண்டாடும் இந்த நாளில் நான்கு விடயங்கள் தொடர்பாக நாம் கவனம் செலுத்த வேண்டும்.

1. நன்றி செலுத்துதல்.

வருடம் முழுவதும் நல்ல விளைச்சலை தத்தமைக்கு நிலம், சூரியன் மற்றும் மாட்டுக்கு நன்றி செலுத்தும் முகமாக சூரியனுக்கு பொங்கல் படைத்தல். மேலும் பசி, பிணி, பகைமை நீங்கி நிம்மதியாக வாழ அனைவருக்கும் அருள் புரியுமாறு வேண்டுவதே இந்நாளின் முக்கிய நோக்கமாகும்.அனைத்து உயிர்களும் வாழ்வதற்கு இயற்கை முக்கிய பங்களிப்பு வழங்கினாலும் பலர் இன்னும்  இயற்கையை நேசிப்பதில்லை. 

2. உழைப்பின் உன்னதம் 

உழவன் பிறருக்காகவும், தனக்கவும்  உழைத்து வாழ்பவன். ஆனாலும் இன்று உலகளாவிய மட்டத்தில் உழைக்கும் மக்கள் பல்வேறு  வகையான இன்னல்களுக்கு முகம் கொடுக்கின்றார்கள். இயற்க்கை இறைவன் கொடுத்த கொடை ஆனாலும் இன்று லிபரல்வாத சூழலுக்குள் இயற்கை வளங்கள் அழிக்கப்படுகின்றது. 

3. பழையன கழிதலும், புதியன புகுதலும்.

நாம் பாவித்த பழைய பொருட்களை மட்டுமல்ல எமக்குள் இருக்கும் பொறாமை, கோபங்கள், போட்டிகள் போன்ற அனைத்து தீய குணங்களையும் நாம் நீக்கி புதிய மனிதர்களாக அன்பு, கருணை கொண்டவர்களாக அனைவருக்கும் உதவி செய்பவர்களாக எம்மை மாற்றி கொள்ள வேண்டும். 

4. நம்பிக்கை வைத்தல் 

தை பிறந்தால் வழி பிறக்கும் என நம்பிக்கையுடன் எமது பிரச்சினைகளுக்கு முகம் கொடுக்க எம்மை நாமே வலுப்படுத்திக் கொள்வதோடு ஏனையவர்களையும் வலுப்படுத்த வேண்டும். 

ஆகவே இவ்வாடயங்களை கவனத்தில் கொண்டு நாம் வாழ்வதை போலவே ஏனையவர்களும் வாழ்வதற்க்கு உழைக்கும் மக்கள் திருநாளில் நாம் அநீதிக்கு எதிராக தொடர்ந்து போராடுவோம். 

පොංගල් යනු වැඩ කරන ජනතාව සොබාදහමට ස්තූති කරන උත්සවයකි. එය ගොවීන්ගේ සාම්ප්‍රදායික උත්සවයකි. මෙම පොංගල් දිනයේදී අප කරුණු හතරක් කෙරෙහි අවධානය යොමු කළ යුතුය.

1. ස්තූති කිරීම.

අවුරුද්ද පුරා හොඳ අස්වැන්නක් ලබා ගැනීම ගැන ගොඩබිමට, සූර්යයාට සහ ගවයාට ස්තූති කිරීමක් ලෙස සූර්යයාට පොංගල් පූජා කරයි  දවසේ ප්‍රධාන අරමුණ වන්නේ කුසගින්න, අසනීප හා සතුරුකම තුරන් කිරීම සහ සාමයෙන් ජීවත් වීමට සැමට ආශීර්වාද කිරීමයි. සියලු ජීවීන්ගේ පැවැත්මට සොබාදහම වැදගත් දායකත්වයක් ලබා දුන්නද බොහෝ දෙනෙක් තවමත් සොබාදහමට ආදරය නොකරති.

2. ශ්‍රමයේ විශිෂ්ටත්වය

ගොවියෙක් යනු අන් අය වෙනුවෙන් සහ තමා වෙනුවෙන් වැඩ කරන හා ජීවත් වන අයෙකි. එහෙත් අද වන විට ලොව පුරා වැඩ කරන ජනතාව විවිධ ගැටලුවලට මුහුණ දී සිටිති. එය සොබාදහමේ ස්වාමීන්වහන්සේගේ ත්‍යාගයක් වන නමුත් අද වන විට ලිබරල් පරිසරය තුළ ස්වාභාවික සම්පත් විනාශ වෙමින් පවතී.

3. පැරණි දේ අමතක කර අලුත් දේවල් ජීවිතයට එකතු කරගැනීම 

අප සතුව තිබූ පැරණි දේ පමණක් නොව, අප තුළ ඇති ඊර්ෂ්‍යාව, කෝපය, එදිරිවාදිකම් වැනි සියලු නපුරු ගුණාංග ඉවත් කර, සියල්ලන්ටම ප්‍රේමණීය, දයානුකම්පිත සහ ප්‍රයෝජනවත් නව මනුෂ්‍යයන් බවට පරිවර්තනය විය යුතුය.

4. විශ්වාසය

අප වෙනස් වුනොත් මාර්ගය ඉපදෙනු ඇතැයි යන බලාපොරොත්තුව ඇතිව අපගේ ගැටලුවලට මුහුණ දීම සඳහා අප සහ අන් අය ශක්තිමත් කළ යුතුය.

එබැවින් අප මෙම කාරණා මනසේ තබාගෙන ජීවත් වනවා සේම, අන්‍යයන්ගේ පැවැත්ම උදෙසා වැඩකරන ජනතාවගේ මංගල්‍ය දිනයේදී අයුක්තියට එරෙහිව අපි දිගටම සටන් කිරීමට ශක්තිය සියල්ලන්ට ලැබේවා

       சட்ட விரோத மீன்பிடி உபகரண பாவனை தொடர்பாக தெளிவூட்டல் 

                නීති විරෝධී ධීවර උපකරණ භාවිතය පිළිබඳ පැහැදිලි කිරීම

Sri Lanka's sustainable fishing industry and fisheries resources are under threat today. The main reason for this is the general use of illegal equipment in freshwater and seawater fishing areas. There are various laws and regulations against this in the country, but their use is rapidly changing as they are not enforced. As a result of this problem, fishing and fishing families have suffered socially and economically. And many of the fishermen have left their fishing jobs and become day laborers. At the same time, the destruction of fish resources will leave no resources for future generations. This causes great injustice to consumers who eat cheap fish protein.

Therefore, an awareness program was organized by the Sri Vimukthi Fishermen's Women's Organization at 10 am on 12.01.2020 at the National Fisheries Solidarity Movement to build a sustainable fishing industry by preventing the destruction of the fishing industry by the use of illegal equipment. The event was attended by about 40 delegates from the Assistant Director of Fisheries, Coast Guard Division, NARA, Fisheries Organizations, Women’s Organizations, Field Management Committee, Fishing Web Fishermen’s Association and civil society organizations.

A press conference was held following the meeting.

இலங்கையில் நிலையான மீன்பிடித் தொழில் மற்றும் மீன்வள வளங்கள் இன்று அச்சுறுத்தலுக்கு உள்ளாகியுள்ளன. நன்னீர் மற்றும் கடல் நீர் மீன்பிடி பகுதிகளில் பொதுவாக சட்டவிரோத உபகரணங்களை பயன்படுத்துவதே இதற்கு முக்கிய காரணம். நாட்டில் இதற்கு எதிராக பல்வேறு சட்டங்களும் விதிமுறைகளும் உள்ளன, ஆனால் அவை நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்படாததால் அவற்றின் பயன்பாடு விரைவாக மாற்றப்படுகிறது. இந்த பிரச்சினையின் விளைவாக, மீன்பிடி மற்றும் மீன்பிடி குடும்பங்கள் சமூக மற்றும் பொருளாதார ரீதியாக பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர். மேலும் மீனவர்கள் பலர் தங்கள் மீன்பிடி வேலையை விட்டு நாள் தொழிலாளர்களாக மாறிவிட்டனர். அதே நேரத்தில், மீன் வளங்கள்  அழிக்கப்படுவதனால்  எதிர்கால பரம்பரையினருக்கு  எந்த வளமும் மிஞ்சாது. இதனால் மலிவான மீன் புரதத்தை உண்ணும் நுகர்வோருக்கு பெரும் அநீதி ஏற்படுகிறது.

எனவே, சட்டவிரோத உபகரணங்களைப் பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் மீன்பிடித் தொழிலுக்கு ஏற்படும் அழிவைத் தடுப்பதன் மூலம் நிலையான மீன்பிடித் தொழிலைக் கட்டியெழுப்புவதற்காக ஸ்ரீ விமுக்தி மீனவ பெண்கள் அமைப்பால்  12.01.2020 அன்று காலை 10 மணிக்கு தேசிய மீன்வ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தில் விழிப்புணர்வு திட்டம் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டது. இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில் மீன்வள உதவி இயக்குநர், கடலோர காவல்படை பிரிவு, நாரா, மீன்வள அமைப்புகள், பெண்கள் அமைப்புகள், களப்பு  மேலாண்மைக் குழு, கட்டு வலை மீனவ சங்கம்  மற்றும் சிவில் சமூக அமைப்புகளில் இருந்து சுமார் 40 பிரதிநிதிகள் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

கூட்டத்தைத் தொடர்ந்து செய்தியாளர் சந்திப்பு நடைபெற்றது.

වර්තමාන ශ්‍රී ලංකාව තුල තිරසාර දීවර කර්මාන්තය හා දීවර සම්පත්වලට තර්ජනයක් ඇති වෙමින් පවතී. මෙයට ප්‍රධාන හේතුව වන්නේ මිරිදිය සහ කරදිය දීවර ප්‍රදේශ වල බහුලව බාවිතා කරන නීති විරෝදී  ආම්පන්න බාවිතයයි. මෙයට එරෙහිව රටතුල විවිද නීති රීති පවතින නමුත්, ඒවා නිසි ලෙස ක්‍රියාත්මක නොවීම නිසා සීග්‍රයෙන් ඒවායේ බාවිතය වර්තනය වේ. මෙම ගැටලුව හේතුවෙන් දීවර හා දීවර පවුල්, සමාජීය හා ආර්ථික වශයෙන් පීඩාවට පත්ව ඇති අතර, දීවරයින්ගෙන් භෝහෝ දෙනෙක් දීවර රැකියාවෙන් ඉවත්වී, දෛනික කුලීකරුවන් බවටද පත්ව ඇත. එමෙන්ම මාළු සම්පත විනාශවීමෙන් අනාගතයට කිසිදු සම්පතක් ඉතිරි නොවෙන තත්වයටද පත්වීමෙන් ලාබදාහි මාළු ප්‍රෝටීන් ආහාරයට ගන්න පාරිබෝගිකයින්ටද විශාල අසාදාරනයක් සිදිවෙයි. 

එබැවින් මේ පිළිබඳව අවදානය යොමු නීති විරෝදී ආම්පන්න පාවිතයෙන් දීවර කර්මාන්තය නිසා ඇතිවන විනාශය වලක්වා තිරසාර දීවර කර්මාන්තයක් ගොඩනැගීම සඳහාවන දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටනක් ශ්‍රී විමුක්ති කණ්ඩායම විසින් 2020.01.12 වන දින ජාතික දීවර සහයෝගිතා වියාපාරයේ දී උදැසන 10ට සංවිදානය කරන ලදී. මෙම වැඩසටන සඳහා දීවර සහකාර අත්‍යක්ෂක තුමා, වෙරල ආරක්ෂක ඒකකය, නාරා ආයතනය, දීවර සංවිදාන, කාන්තා සන්විදාන, කලපු කළමනාකරණ කමිටුව, කටුදැල් සමිතිය, සිවිල් සංවිධාන නියෝජිතන් 40 ආසන්න පිරිසක් සාහභාගී  විය. 

රැස්වීමෙන් අනතුරුව පුවත්පත් සකච්චවක්ද පැවත්වුනි.

           2021ம் ஆண்டின் முதல் நாள் ஆரம்ப நிகழ்வு

                  2021 පළමු දිනයේ සමාරම්භක උත්සවය

The inaugural event of the first day of 2021 was held today at the Sri Vimukthi Fisheries Women's Secretariat. It was attended by about 9 people as executive committee members including coordinator and animators. As well as the executive committee initial meeting was held. Various issues were discussed. Those things are as follows:

Last year activities were reviewed. It is alleged that the livelihoods of the people have plummeted in the wake of the resurrection Sunday attack  and the Covid 19 situation and that the government is abandoning its responsibilities in the best possible way. Comments were put forward that fishermen and women are the most vulnerable within this situation.

It was also proposed that we should continue to use health measures in a safe and alternative manner without stopping our activities within the coveted situation.

The new proposals proposed to provide leadership training for the Chairman, Secretary and Subject to the members. Also discussed were home gardening training savings process and membership savings.

The next meeting is scheduled for February 2 at 2 p.m.

2021ம் ஆண்டின் முதல் நாள் ஆரம்ப நிகழ்வு இன்று ஸ்ரீ விமுக்தி மீனவ பெண்கள் செயலகத்தில் இடம் பெற்றது. இதில் இணைப்பாளர்> ஊக்குவிப்பாளர்கள் உள்ளிட்ட செயட்குழு  அங்கத்தவர்கள் என சுமார் 9 பேர் கலந்து கொண்டனர். அத்துடன் செயட்குழு ஆரம்ப கூட்டமும் நடாத்தப்பட்டது. இதில் பல்வேறு விடயங்கள் கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டது. அவ் விடயங்கள் பின்வருமாறு> 

கடந்த வருடம் செயற்பாடுகள்  தொடர்பான மீளாய்வு செய்யப்பட்டது. இதன் பொழுது உயிர்த்த ஞாயிறு மற்றும்   கொவிட் நிலமைக்குள் மக்களின் வாழ்வாதாரங்கள் வீழ்ச்சி அடைந்துள்ளதாகவும் அரசாங்கம் தமது பொறுப்புக்களை சிறப்பான முறைகளில் செய்யாது கை விடுவதாகவும். மீனவர்கள் மற்றும் பெண்கள் இந்த நிலமைக்குள் அதிக பாதிப்புக்கு உள்ளாகி உள்ளார்கள் என கருத்துக்கள் முன் வைக்கப்பட்டது. 

மேலும் கொவிட் நிலமைக்குள் எமது செயட்பாடுகளை நிறுத்தாமல் தொடர்ந்து சுகாதார வழிமுறைகளை கையாண்டு பாதுகாப்பான முறையிலும் மாற்று வழிகளையும் கையாண்டு செயட்படுத்த வேண்டும் எனவும் முன் மொழியப்பட்டது.

புதிய முன்மொழிவுகளாக தலைவர் செயலாளர்> பொருளருக்கான தலைமைத்துவ பயிற்சிகளை அங்கத்தவரைகளுக்கு பெற்றுத் தருமாறு முன்மொழியப்பட்டது. அத்துடன் வீட்டு தோட்ட பயிற்சி சேமிப்பு செயட்பாடு மற்றும் அங்கத்துவ சேமிப்பு தொடர்பாகவும் கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டது. 

அடுத்த கூட்டம் மாசி மாதம் 2ம் திகதி மதியம் 2 மணிக்கு முன்மொழியப்பட்டது. 

2021 පළමු දිනයේ සමාරම්භක උත්සවය අද ශ්‍රී විමුක්ති ධීවර කාන්තා ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේදී පැවැත්විණි. සම්බන්ධීකාරක සහ ප්‍රවර්ධකයන් ඇතුළු විධායක කමිටු සාමාජිකයින් ලෙස 9 දෙනෙකු පමණ සහභාගී විය. විධායක කමිටුවේ මූලික රැස්වීම ද පැවැත්විණි. විවිධ කරුණු සාකච්ඡා කෙරිණි. ඒවා පහත පරිදි වේ:

පසුගිය වසරට අදාළ කටයුතු සමාලෝචනය කරන ලදී. ඉරිදා ප‍්‍රහාරයෙන් පසු ජනතාවගේ ජීවනෝපාය කඩා වැටී ඇති අතර තණ්හාව නිසා රජය සිය වගකීම් උපරිම ආකාරයෙන් නොසලකා හැර ඇති බව ඔහු පැවසීය. මෙම තත්වය තුළ ධීවරයින් සහ කාන්තාවන් වඩාත් අවදානමට ලක්විය හැකි බවට අදහස් ඉදිරිපත් කරන ලදී.

අපේ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් තණ්හාව තුළ නතර නොකළ යුතු අතර සෞඛ්‍ය ක්‍රියාමාර්ග හැසිරවීමෙන් ආරක්ෂිත හා විකල්ප ආකාරයකින් ඉදිරියට ගෙන යා යුතුය.

සභාපති ලේකම් සහ විෂය කරුණු සඳහා සාමාජිකයින්ට නායකත්ව පුහුණුව ලබා දීමට නව යෝජනා යෝජනා විය. ගෙවතු වගා පුහුණු ඉතුරුම් ක්‍රියාවලිය සහ සාමාජික ඉතිරිකිරීම් පිළිබඳව ද මෙහිදී සාකච්ඡා කෙරිණි.
