Today the Youth General Assembly meeting of the National Fisheries Cooperation Movement took place online. Activists from 15 districts, including youth and girls, took part. The meeting discussed the annual youth activities of the district and also featured songs created by the youth. Also revealed was the executive committee for the new year.

இன்று தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தின் இளைஜர் பொதுச்சபை கூட்டம் ஆன்லைனில் ஊடாக இடம் பெற்றது. இதில் 15 மாவட்டங்களில் இருந்து இளைஜர்கள், பெண்பிள்ளைகள் உள்ளிட்ட செயற்பாட்டாளர்கள் பங்கு கொண்டனர். இந்த கூட்டத்தில் வருடாந்த மாவட்ட இளைஜர் செயற்பாடுகள் தொடர்பாக கலந்துரையாடப்பட்டதுடன் இளைஜர்களால் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட பாடல்களும் காட்ச்சிப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. மேலும் புதிய வருடத்துக்கான நிர்வாக குழுவும் தெரியப்பட்டது. 

අද ජාතික ධීවර සහයෝගීතා ව්‍යාපාරයේ තරුණ මහා සභා රැස්වීම අන්තර්ජාලය හරහා සිදු විය. තරුණ හා ගැහැණු ළමයින් ඇතුළු දිස්ත්‍රික්ක 15 ක ක්‍රියාකාරීන් සහභාගී වූහ. මෙම රැස්වීමේදී දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ වාර්ෂික තරුණ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් පිළිබඳව සාකච්ඡා කෙරුණු අතර තරුණයින් විසින් නිර්මාණය කරන ලද ගීත ද විය. නව වසර සඳහා විධායක කමිටුව ද අනාවරණය විය.

Global warming is one of the most common problems facing all people globally. The main reason for this is the deforestation of trees in the name of development. This is massive environmental destruction. So today about 250 tree saplings were planted by youths and women in 6 villages with the aim of protecting the environment and reducing global warming. The event kicked off on 2021.02.13 at 9am.

உலகளாவிய மட்டத்தில் அனைத்து மக்களும் முகம் கொடுக்கின்ற பொதுவான பிரச்சினைகளில் ஒன்று தான் அதிகப்படியாக புவி வெப்பமடைவதாகும். இதற்க்கு முக்கிய காரணம் அபிவிருத்தி எனும் பெயரில் மரங்கள் வெட்டப்பட்டு காடுகள் வெளியரங்கமாக்கப் படுவதாகும். இது பாரிய சூழல் அழிவுமாகும். எனவே சூழலை பாதுகாத்து புவி வெப்பமடைவதை குறைக்கும் நோக்கில் இன்று 6 கிராமங்களில் சுமார் 250க்கு அண்ணளவான மர கன்றுகள் இளைஜர்கள் மற்றும் பெண்களால் நாட்டப்பட்டது. இந்த நிகழ்வு 2021.02.13ம் திகதி காலை 9 மணி அளவில் ஆரம்பிக்கப் பட்டது. 

ගෝලීය උණුසුම යනු ගෝලීය වශයෙන් සියලු ජනතාව මුහුණ දෙන වඩාත් පොදු ගැටළුවකි. සංවර්ධනයේ නාමයෙන් ගස් වනාන්තර විනාශ කිරීම මෙයට ප්‍රධාන හේතුවයි. මෙය දැවැන්ත පාරිසරික විනාශයකි. එබැවින් පරිසරය ආරක්ෂා කිරීම සහ ගෝලීය උෂ්ණත්වය ඉහළ යාම අවම කිරීමේ අරමුණින් ගම්මාන 6 ක තරුණ තරුණියන් හා කාන්තාවන් විසින් ගස් පැළ 250 ක් පමණ රෝපණය කරන ලදී. මෙම උත්සවය 2021.02.13 දින උදේ 9 ට ආරම්භ විය.

අපි ක්ෂුද්‍ර ණය රාක්ෂයන්ගෙන් කාන්තාවන් බේරා ගනිමු 

The population of women in Sri Lanka is 52 percent. Women make a huge contribution to the GDP by providing cooperation in all sectors. Yet the contribution of women in any of the fields mentioned by AQ is not evaluated. And women are the most vulnerable socially, economically and politically. And as far as rural areas are concerned, most women live below the poverty line. Poverty has forced them to borrow heavily. More than 2.4 million women in Sri Lanka have obtained loans from high interest rate companies. In practice this problem has turned into a massive disaster. The number of microfinance institutions operating without informal government regulations is increasing day by day. These companies are mostly targeted at women. About 250 women who lost their livelihoods due to the Govt crisis have committed suicide without being able to pay their dues properly. So we created leaflets and stickers in the face of rescuing women from this situation. We plan to make people aware of this.

இலங்கையின் பெண்களின் விகிதம் 52 சதவீதமாகும். பெண்கள் அனைத்து துறைகளிலும் ஒத்துழைப்பை வழங்குவதன் ஊடாக மொத்த தேசிய உற்பத்திக்கு பாரிய பங்களிப்பை வழங்குகின்றனர். ஆனாலும் அக் குறிப்பிடப்பட்ட எந்த துறையிலும் பெண்களின் பங்களிப்பு மதிப்பிடப்படுவது இல்லை. அத்துடன் சமூக, பொருளாதார மற்றும் அரசியல் ரீதியாக பார்க்கும் பொழுது மிகவும் பாதிப்புக்கு உள்ளாகி இருப்பது பெண்கள் ஆகும். மேலும் கிராமிய புறங்களை பொறுத்த வரை பெரும்பாலும் பெண்கள் வறுமை கோட்டுக்குள் வாழ்கின்றனர். வறுமை காரணமாகவே அவர்கள் அதிக்கப்படியான கடன்களை பெறும் நிலைமைக்கு தள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளனர். இலங்கையில் 2.4 மில்லியனுக்கு அதிகமான பெண்கள் அதிக வட்டி அறவிடுகின்ற நிறுவனங்களில் இருந்து கடன்களை பெற்றுள்ளனர். நடைமுறையில் இப் பிரச்சினை பாரிய அனர்தமாக மாறி உள்ளது. முறைசாரா அரச கட்டுப்பாடுகளின்றி இயங்குகின்ற நுண்கடன் வழங்கும் நிறுவனங்கள் நாளுக்கு நாள் அதிகமாகின்றது. இந்த நிறுவனங்கள் பெரும்பாலும் பெண்களை இலக்காக கொண்டே இயங்குகின்றனர். கோவிட் நெருக்கடியினால் வாழ்வாதாரங்களை இழந்த பெண்கள் சரியான முறையில் தவணைகளை செலுத்த முடியாமல் சுமார் 250 பெண்கள் தற்கொலை செய்துள்ளனர். எனவே இந்த நிலைமையில் இருந்து பெண்களை மீட்டெடுக்கும் முகமாக நாம் துண்டு பிரசுரம் மற்றும் ஸ்டிக்கர்களை நாம் உருவாக்கினோம். இதன் மூலம் மக்களை விழிப்பூட்ட நாம் திட்டமிட்டுள்ளோம். 

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ කාන්තාවන්ගේ අනුපාතය සියයට 52 කි. සෑම අංශයකම සහයෝගය ලබා දීමෙන් කාන්තාවන් දළ දේශීය නිෂ්පාදිතයට විශාල දායකත්වයක් ලබා දේ. එහෙත් AQ විසින් සඳහන් කර ඇති කිසිදු ක්ෂේත්‍රයක කාන්තාවන්ගේ දායකත්වය ඇගයීමට ලක් නොකෙරේ. එමෙන්ම සමාජීය, ආර්ථික හා දේශපාලනික වශයෙන් කාන්තාවන් වඩාත් අවදානමට ලක්විය හැකිය. ග්‍රාමීය ප්‍රදේශ සම්බන්ධයෙන් ගත් කල, බොහෝ කාන්තාවන් ජීවත් වන්නේ දරිද්‍රතා රේඛාවට පහළිනි. දුප්පත්කම ඔවුන්ට විශාල වශයෙන් ණය ගැනීමට බල කර ඇත. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ කාන්තාවන් මිලියන 2.4 කට වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් ඉහළ පොලී අනුපාත සමාගම්වලින් ණය ලබාගෙන තිබේ. ප්රායෝගිකව මෙම ගැටළුව විශාල ව්‍යසනයක් බවට පත්ව ඇත. අවිධිමත් රජයේ රෙගුලාසි නොමැතිව ක්‍රියාත්මක වන ක්ෂුද්‍ර මූල්‍ය ආයතන සංඛ්‍යාව දිනෙන් දින වැඩි වෙමින් පවතී. මෙම සමාගම් බොහෝ දුරට කාන්තාවන් ඉලක්ක කර ඇත. රජයේ අර්බුදය හේතුවෙන් ජීවනෝපාය අහිමි වූ කාන්තාවන් 250 ක් පමණ සිය හිඟ මුදල් නිසි ලෙස ගෙවීමට නොහැකිව සියදිවි නසාගෙන තිබේ. එබැවින් මෙම තත්වයෙන් කාන්තාවන් බේරා ගැනීම සඳහා අපි පත්‍රිකා සහ ස්ටිකර් නිර්මාණය කළෙමු. මේ පිළිබඳව ජනතාව දැනුවත් කිරීමට අපි සැලසුම් කරමු.

இளைஜர்களுக்கான தலைமைத்துவ பயிற்சி 

Leadership training of Sri Vimukthi Youth Movement was launched on 03/02/42020 at the National Fisheries  Solidarity Movement. Contributed by Dileepa Wanniarachchi. 32 children participated in the workshop. Lessons learned to help children achieve their goals as educators, to provide a disciplined youth contribution in leadership, to experience the beauty of the environment and to revisit youth processes within a year.

ஸ்ரீ விமுக்தி இளைஞர் இயக்கத்தின் தலைமைப் பயிற்சி 2021.01.03,04 அன்று தேசிய மீனவ ஒத்துழைப்பு இயக்கத்தில் தொடங்கப்பட்டது. வளவாளராக பங்களிப்பு செய்தவர் திலீபா வன்னியராச்சி. 32 பேர்  பங்கேற்றனர். குழந்தைகள் கல்வியாளர்களாக தங்கள் குறிக்கோள்களை அடைய உதவுவதற்கும், தலைமைத்துவத்தில் ஒழுக்கமான இளைஞர்களின் பங்களிப்பை வழங்குவதற்கும், சுற்றுச்சூழலின் அழகை அனுபவிப்பதற்கும், ஒரு வருடத்திற்குள் இளைஞர் செயல்முறைகளை மறுபரிசீலனை செய்வதும் கற்று கொண்ட பாடங்களாகும். 

ශ්රි විමුක්ති තරුණ ව්‍යාපාරයේ නායකත්ව පුහුණුව 2020/02/03 සහ 4 යන දිනයන්හි ජාතික දීවර සහෝගිතා වියාපාරයේ දියත්කරන ලදී. සම්පත්දයකත්වය දිලීප වන්නිආරච්චි මහතා විසින් ලබා දෙන ලදී. වැඩමුළුව සඳහා ළමුන් 32ක් සහබාගි විය. අධ්‍යාපනය ලබන  ලමුන් ලෙස තම අරමුණු සාර්තක කිරීම සදහා පාඩම් මතක තබා ගැනීම , නායකත්වය තුල විනයානුකුල තරුන දායකත්වයක් ලබා දීම , පරිසරය තුල ඇති සුන්දරත්වය අත්විදීමට හා වසරක් තුල තරුන ක්‍රියාවලියන් නැවත් හැරී බැලීම මෙහිදී සිදු කරන ලදි.

We organized a poem, art and essay competition among the youth to add healing to the minds of the youth during their stay at home due to Corona. The winners were presented with their prizes at the office today and at Munnakkarya. 

கொரோனா காரணமாக இளைஞர்கள் வீட்டில் தங்கியிருந்தபோது அவர்களின் மனதில் சுகத்தை சேர்க்க இளைஞர்களிடையே ஒரு கவிதை, கலை மற்றும் கட்டுரை போட்டியை நாங்கள் ஏற்பாடு செய்தோம். வெற்றியாளர்களுக்கு அவர்களின் பரிசுகளை இன்று அலுவலகத்திலும், முன்னக்கரையிலும் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

කොරෝනා හෙතුවෙන් නිවසට වී සිටින කාලය තුල තරුණයින්ගේ මනසට සුවයක් එක් කිරීම සඳහා තරුණයින් අතර කවි, චිත්‍ර සහ රචනා තරඟයක් සංවිධානය කළෙමු. එහින් ජයග්‍රහකයන්ට ත්‍යාග පිරිනැමිම අද දින කාර්යලේයේදී සහ මුන්නක්කරයේදී සිදු කරන ලදී.

          FIAN ஸ்ரீலங்காவின் உத்திகள் தொடர்பான கலந்துரையாடல்

                              FIAN ශ්‍රී ලංකාව පිළිබඳ උපාය මාර්ග සාකච්ඡාව

Participated in a three day workshop with community organizations and trade union leaders to identify strategies for building the RTI and ESCR network and formulate future action plans for the "Food Based Information Sri Lanka Network" or Fian Sri Lanka. There was a lot of discussion about diet and nutrition, especially non-toxic diets and networking.

தகவல் அறியும் உரிமை மற்றும் ஈ.எஸ்.சி.ஆர் நெட்வொர்க்கை உருவாக்குவதற்கான உத்திகளை அடையாளம் காணவும், "உணவு அடிப்படையிலான தகவல் இலங்கை நெட்வொர்க்" அல்லது பியான் இலங்கைக்கான எதிர்கால செயல் திட்டங்களை வகுக்கவும் சமூக அமைப்புகள் மற்றும் தொழிற்சங்க தலைவர்களுடன் மூன்று நாள் பட்டறையில் பங்கேற்றார். உணவு மற்றும் ஊட்டச்சத்து, குறிப்பாக நச்சு அல்லாத உணவுகள் மற்றும் வலையமைப்பு  பற்றி நிறைய விவாதம் நடைபெற்றது.

"ආහාර මූලික කොට ගත් තොරතුරු ශ්‍රි ලංකා ජාලය" හෙවත්     පියෑන් ශ්‍රි ලංකා ආයතනය මගින් RTI සහ ESCR ජාලය ගොඩනැගීම  සදහා උපාය මාර්ග හදුනා ගැනීම සහ  අනාගත ක්‍රියාකාරි සැලැස්ම සැකසීම සදහා ප්‍රජා සංවිධාන සහ වෘත්තීය සමිති නයකයින් සමග සිදුකරනු ලබන දින 03 ක වැඩමූලුවට සහබාගි වන ලදී. මෙහෙදී විශේෂයෙන් ආහාර රටාවහා පෝෂණය  වස විසෙන් තොර ආහාර රටාව සහ ජාලගතවීම පිලිබන්දේව විශේෂයෙන් සංවාදයට ලක් විය.

                  இந்திய மீனவர்களுக்கு எங்கள் ஆழ்ந்த இரங்கல்

Fishermen's problems are also being reported more and more at a time when the struggle of farmers in India is intensifying. It is illegal for fishermen to cross the national border into business. Yet no one has the right to take lives for it. The main reason fishermen cross national borders is because of the supply of marine resources. The main reason is that inappropriate projects and government policies are not working properly for the provision of marine resources. The fishermen of the two countries, who do not understand the politics behind this, are at odds with each other. As well as arrests by the military in both countries. Fishermen should be given legal punishment for this and their lives should not be spared. We also extend our deepest condolences to the 4 Indian fishermen who were killed and extend our strongest condemnation against the killing as the Fisher Women's Organization.

இந்தியாவில் விவசாயிகளின் போராட்டம் மிகவும் வலுவடைந்து காணப்படுகின்ற இக்கால கட்டத்தில் மீனவர்களின் பிரச்சினைகளும் அதிகமாக அறிக்கை படுத்தப்படுகின்றது. மீனவர்கள் தேச எல்லையை கடந்து தொழிலில் ஈடுபடுவது சட்ட ரீதியாக தவறாகும். இருப்பினும் அதற்க்காக உயிர்களை பறிப்பதற்கு யாருக்கும் உரிமை இல்லை. மீனவர்கள் தேச எல்லையை கடப்பதற்கு முக்கிய காரணம் கடல் வளங்கள் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளமையே ஆகும். கடல் வளங்கள் அளிக்கப்படுவதற்கு பொருத்தமற்ற கருத்திட்டங்கள் மற்றும் அரச கொள்கைகள் சரியான முறையில் செயற்படாமையே முக்கிய காரணமாகும். இதன் பின்னணி அரசியலை புரிந்து கொள்ளாத இரு நாட்டு மீனவர்களும் ஒருவரோடு ஒருவர் முரண் படுகின்றனர். அத்துடன் இராணுவத்தால் இரு நாட்டிலும் கைது செய்யவும் படுகின்றனர். இதற்காக மீனவர்களுக்கு சட்ட ரீதியான தண்டனை கிடைக்க வேண்டுமே தவிர உயிர்களை காவு கொள்ள கூடாது. அத்துடன் கொல்லப்பட்ட 4 இந்திய மீனவர்களுக்கும் நாம் எமது ஆழ்ந்த அனுதாபங்களை தெரிவித்து கொள்வதோடு கொல்லப்பட்டமைக்கு எதிராக எமது வன்மையான கண்டணத்தையும் மீனவ பெண்கள் அமைப்பு என்ற ரீதியில் தெரிவிக்கின்றோம். 

ඉන්දියාවේ ගොවීන්ගේ අරගලය තීව්‍ර වෙමින් පවතින මොහොතක ධීවරයන්ගේ ගැටලු ද වැඩි වැඩියෙන් වාර්තා වේ. ධීවරයින් ජාතික දේශ සීමාව පසුකර ව්‍යාපාරයට පිවිසීම නීති විරෝධී ය. එහෙත් ඒ සඳහා ජීවිත ගත කිරීමට කිසිවෙකුට අයිතියක් නැත. ධීවරයින් ජාතික දේශසීමා තරණය කිරීමට ප්‍රධාන හේතුව සමුද්‍ර සම්පත් සැපයීමයි. ප්‍රධාන හේතුව සමුද්‍ර සම්පත් සැපයීම සඳහා නුසුදුසු ව්‍යාපෘති හා රජයේ ප්‍රතිපත්ති නිසි ලෙස ක්‍රියාත්මක නොවීමයි. මේ පිටුපස ඇති දේශපාලනය නොතේරෙන දෙරටේ ධීවරයෝ එකිනෙකා සමඟ අමනාප වෙති. දෙරටේම හමුදාව විසින් අත්අඩංගුවට ගැනීම. ධීවරයින්ට මේ සඳහා නීතිමය දඩුවම් ලබා දිය යුතු අතර ඔවුන්ගේ ජීවිත බේරා නොගත යුතුය. මිය ගිය  ඉන්දීය ධීවරයින් 4 දෙනාට අපගේ ශෝකය ප්‍රකාශ කරන අතර ධීවර කාන්තා සංවිධානය ලෙස ගාතනයට එරෙහිව අපගේ දැඩි ශෝකය ප්‍රකාශ කරමු.
